Points positifs : J’y ai passé un très bon moment et je le recommande. L’accueil était chaleureux et le séjour s’est déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions.

Points négatifs : Le chauffage, légèrement bruyant, gagnerait à être purgé pour améliorer le confort.

Points positifs : Le studio est exceptionnel et le propriétaire, adorable.

Points positifs : Localisation à proximité immédiate de la gare RER. Studio cocoon. Jolie déco. Équipements bien pensé. La terrasse est un plus. Salle de bain appréciée et très belle Parking privé, c'était top Amabilité et disponibilité des hôtes.

Points négatifs : Exception faite pour le bruit du passage des trains, c'est la que l'avantage devient un inconvénient, tout est parfait. Le bémol cité nuance la notation globale à 9.

Points positifs : Accueil très agréable des propriétaires. Le logement est agréable et confortable. Bonne literie. Proche du rer et des commerces.

Elegant and well equipped small studio flat

Points positifs : Fully equipped studio flat, with a very nice touch in every detail. Very kind owners. The station was just next to it, but not all trains stopped there. Close to the main Paris attractions. Enjoyed the sunrises from the tarrace.

Great location and wonderful apartment.

Points positifs : We stayed in the apartment for six days — everything was wonderful! Stéphane and Ebru were very hospitable, always in touch, met us in person, and explained everything in detail. The location is very convenient: there’s a direct metro line from the airport, the station is literally a two-minute walk away, and you can easily reach all the main attractions. There’s also a grocery store nearby with everything you might need. The window offers a panoramic view with beautiful sunrises! The balcony is lovely — it’s a pity it was already quite chilly, so we didn’t get to use it. We rented a car for one day, and parking on the property was no problem at all. The apartment had everything necessary for living and cooking. The bed, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable!

A lovely gem in the city

Points positifs : Ebru and Steph are wonderful hosts. They're very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Two of the nicest hosts I've met. The apartment itself is a gem - modern, clean, tastefully designed, spacious, had everything you need for short or long stays. Wifi was fine. The Gentilly station is just round the corner which means easy access to the main Paris attractions. There are parks just a few minutes walk away. A grocery store is just round the corner, 2 minutes away on foot.

Points négatifs : Some noise from neighbours upstairs. You can also hear the trains coming in and out of the station. There's a traffic light on a major road in front of the station. Sometimes, I can hear vehicles accelerating after a stop.

Points positifs : We had a great time here! The hosts were so nice to wait for us until midnight to check in as we were late due to the delay of our flight and they gave us a very warm welcome. The studio was the same as it in the picture. It has everything and they were very clean. The location was also very close to the train station, just 3 mins walk and you can arrive at Paris center in half an hour. There is also a supermarket on the way to the train station. The hosts also decorated the studio with many flowers which made us feel warm like we were at home. I highly recommend it as your stay in Paris!
