Points positifs : Appartement agréable et très spacieux aux portes de Paris

Calme et spacieux. Excellente adresse.

Points positifs : Grand studio avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Accès privatif depuis l’extérieur, pas de vis à vis. Endroit calme et reposant, métro et RER à une 10aine de minutes, bus devant la porte. Parfait pour quelques jours de tourisme à Paris.

Points négatifs : Le lit de la chambre un peu étroit (130cm) pour des personnes corpulentes. Sinon RAS

Points positifs : la propreté, les équipements et surtout la situation géographique.

Points négatifs : la connexion internet était de très mauvaise qualité

PIed à terre parfait pour visiter Paris

Points positifs : Logement assez grand et joliment et très bien équipé et très propre L’hôte est aimable et facilement joignable. Le rapport qualité prix est top Chauffage au sol très agréable

Points négatifs : Manque rideaux occultant qui permettraient de couper le bruit du vent et des trains. Manque un peu de pression d'eau à la douche Manque grille pain Connexion wifi insuffisante pour regarder la TV (peut-être à cause du vent)

Points positifs : Everything you need. Spacious apartman. Roll-up blinds! Bakery is in some minutes. Good value for the money. Kind host.

Points négatifs : In the near is a big working chimney. Acceptable.

Very good stay!

Points positifs : The apartment is really great! It's clean and modern, there's all staff you need - everything for cooking and eating, sleeping and modern tv with smart functions, washing machine, even hairdryer, etc. Bus stop is not so far so you can reach public transport easily. Very big Carrefour is 10 mins walk, so you can buy everything needed. The host is very helpful and answered very quick all my questions and provided great support when needed. Also thanks a lot for the early check-in opportunity as we had morning flight and arrived around 10am.

Points négatifs : Ona major disadvantage is that that's no air conditioner. The windows are on the south side and it's extremely hot inside during summer. There are 2 fans, but that was not enough for us. We kept windows opened during the nights and mosquitoes were the problem #2. But overall the stay was very good!

Points positifs : Great house with all the amenities taken care of. The host was communicative and accessible at all times too!

Points négatifs : The house faces the railway tracks and is in an industrial area of Ivry.

Nice place

Points positifs : The communication was good with the owner, and the place was as described. Everything was nice and clean and in good condition. There were enough pillows and sheets and blankets, albeit not needed.

Points négatifs : There was no hand soap and not much toilet paper. The location was not very close to the metro so that takes a bit of time and energy for travel.

Points positifs : The room and all the equipment were very clean & new. The place was very quiet. The owner responed to my inquiry very fast and politely. For the long term stay, it is enogh width and comfortable.

Points négatifs : The transportation were not working well so the access to the center was not good. The internet speed was slow so that I couldn't attend the online meeting.

Points positifs : Apartment was very clean, well maintained, it had full kitchen and everything for cooking. Garbage bags and cleaning supplies were provided. It was very warm and comfortable. Heated floors were cool!
