Superbe et accuiellent appartement

Points positifs : Le confort, l'aménagement, l'emplacement (proche du métro, des commerces de proximité, du centre commercial).

Points négatifs : Rien

Points négatifs : Seul bemol Pas grave manque Rideau pour la Lumiere .Elena le Sait mais effectivement fenetres difficiles a habillee.

Points positifs : Appartement bien équipé, très grand, lumineux, décoration sympathique. Idéal pour y passer un séjour de plusieurs jours.

Points négatifs : Le ménage dans la salle de bain n'avait pas été fait correctement. Un ventilateur serait peut-être le bienvenu quand il fait très chaud.

Points positifs : Appartement calme, propriétaire très sympa et à proximité de tout.

Points négatifs : Une odeur d égout dans une des chambres signalement fait à la propriétaire.

A nice short-stay in Paris

Points positifs : The apartment is near the Metro 7 (Porte d'Italie), so it's easy to reach the center of Paris. It's clean, comfortable and it has everything you need for a stay (towels, hair dryer and so). Knowing the Paris living costs, it is an excellent price!

Points négatifs : In the living room there aren't curtains, so the morning light could reach the bedrooms.

Spacious and comfortable Paris apartment

Points positifs : Loved the space and comfort of the apartment. Location was ok too only a short walk away from two metro stops and plenty of shops, places to eat etc close by. Would absolutely stay again

Points négatifs : An extra key would’ve been handy. Nothing else to dislike

Perfect location, lovely apartment

Points positifs : The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is modern. There is a comfy seating area. The location is excellent, easy walking to the metro, supermarkets and restaurants. There are 2 bakeries on the corner plus a small shop by the front door. We used Uber to taxi from the station and to the airport which was easy. The Wi-Fi code was a little difficult to find - it’s on the back of the instructions to use the Orange box and are stored in the cupboard by the tv!

Points négatifs : The apartment is on the second floor and the stairs are quite steep, not a problem but probably worth being aware of. The second bedroom is small and up some more narrow stairs with a low ceiling, again not a problem but worth knowing.

Points négatifs : A bit of noise from the street because on the stores if you open the windows.

Points positifs : Apartamentul a fost spațios. A fost aproape de restaurante și magazine. Avea terasa, bucătărie utilata complet. În baie erau cele necesare.

Points négatifs : A scris ca are wi - fi dar nu am avut internet. Sau nu ne- a dat id și parola. Scurgerea la dus a mers defectuos. .
