Points positifs : Appartement conforme aux photos , très bon emplacement avec le bus au pied de l immeuble. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par notre hôte. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec tout les commerces à proximité. Nous recommandons pour profiter de votre séjour à Paris. A noter 4 ème sans ascenseur cela se fait facilement pour les personnes sans problème particulier.

J'ai adoré
Points positifs : Le logement est facile d'accès et très confortable. Le linge de lit très propre. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. J'ai adoré lebouquet de fleurs fraîches et un panier de fruits.
Points négatifs : L'appartement est aux abords d'une rue principale donc il faut s'attendre à avoir du bruit le soir mais assez calme la nuit.

A wonderful stay at a prime location with easy access to public transport, supermarket & bakery.
Points positifs : Prime location right near public transport, shops, supermarket and bakery. We were greeted on site by our host who was very helpful apartment was very clean.
Points négatifs : Apartment was on 4th floor of winding staircase which made it difficult with all our luggage coming from Australia. However our hose offered to assist with luggage.

Points positifs : Beautiful little apartment. Have all the amenities a family needs. Very clean. Right by the side of the road. 5 minutes walk to two metro stations. Many restaurants around and a shopping complex. Very easy to get to any attraction. The owner is amazing. Great communication and very kind. Made our stay even better. A bit noisy as the road is very busy. But it's nothing a headphone with soothing music cannot solve when going to sleep. The flat is on the 4th floor. Have to take stairs. Spiral stairs made it fun for my daughter to climb.

Our confident recommendation!
Points positifs : It was one of the coziest apartments I’ve ever stayed in Paris! Very nice, comfortable, consisting all the stuff the guests may need: towels, shower supplies, iron, hair dryer, good wi-fi signal and so on. Yes, there’s no elevator, but there’s a wonderful and authentic spiral staircase in the house. There are lot of restaurants and shops around, also two metro stations nearby, which makes it easy to get to the touristic center of Paris. The owners were super friendly and always quick for contact. Thanks a lot! We will come back with pleasure!

Lovely, comfortable and well-located.
Points positifs : The flat is superbly located - it is a 7-minute walk to the metro line 7, which takes you to practically all of Paris' tourist attractions. The neighbourhood is safe, there is a bakery, lidl and auchan not far from the flat. The owner is super friendly and helpful, contact with him was quick and smooth. The flat is fully equipped with all the necessary household appliances, the supply of towels was more than adequate. Everything was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!
