Points positifs : Super hôte très aimable et disponible, explications des démarches excellente ce qui a facilité larrivé et l'installation dans le logement. Propreté irréprochable, logement spacieux et Super confortable. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir en espérant que ce bel appartement soit libre.
Points négatifs : Rien à dire de négatif tout était parfait

Points positifs : Très bien situé, proche de la porte de maillot. Service de bain fournis, nécessaire de toilette, café, thé, liquide vaisselle éponge et torchon. Très bien équipé ( vaisselles, petit frigo, nécessaire ménage, machine à laver, séchoir).
Points négatifs : Bruyant

Overall good.
Points positifs : Good accommodation. Very easy check-in and check-out. Good location, pretty close to the city centre and main attractions. Quiet and safe surroundings. Good choice for city breaks in Paris.
Points négatifs : We travelled in the mid-March, so it was a little bit cold, and the heating system was not adjustable. Needs a little bit of renovation and to pay more attention to cleaning.

Points positifs : The location was great for us, 5 min walk to the metro (Louise Michel) and several nice food stores close by. Comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very calm and quiet neighbourhood, felt safe even at night. Good communication with the company.
Points négatifs : The cleaning could have been better. Kitchen and bathroom was good, but floors were not completely clean and there were hair on the bedsheets. We missed some hooks/knobs to hang the towels in the bathroom. Would also have been nice to have somewhere to hang our coats, instead we used a chair.

Great location and cozy stay
Points positifs : The location is excellent, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The accomodation was comfortable and cozy, providing a pleasant stay.
Points négatifs : Everything was generally fine, but a bit more attention to cleanliness and providing extra blankets and kitchenware would make it even better.

Points positifs : The kitchen was fully equipped that had everything you needed. It was a great space for the family and close to local shops, restaurants, and transit. Overall great stay.
Points négatifs : The shower head was not great as could not be adjusted and had to be held by hand and there was no space to hang your towels.

Points positifs : Everything was great, basically everything you need in the kitchen to make food, modern style, quiet neighborhood. Plus close to the metro station, so going to see Paris attractions is easy peasy. Amazing!
Points négatifs : Lack of something to hang towels in the bathroom and a little hot inside, but that was fault of high temperature.

I can really recommend this place.
Points positifs : The location is very good. I had only 20 mins to walk to the Palais des congresses. The apartment is located in the backyard, very quiet and safe. The apartment is modernly furnished and equipped with all devices I needed. There was a problem with cooktop during my stay. The owner answered very quickly to my message and fixed it the next day. Thanks a lot!
