Cadre agréable, bon rapport qualité/prix

Points positifs : Logement agréable, confortable, chauffage plus que suffisant. Frigo équipement cuisine ok. La situation géographique est bonne pour une mission sur la Défense (12 minutes à pied pour le Campus Cyber). Éventuellement rajouter une hotte pour évacuer la fumée pour qui cuisine le soir sans vent. Pour les sportifs le bois de Boulogne et ces nombreuses infra. n'est pas loin. Propriétaire / locataires discret => propice pour dormir .

Points positifs : Très beau petit studio au bord de la Seine avec visite d'une famille de cygnes au matin. Indications précises, logement facile d'accès et conforme à la description. Le plus, la literie au top ! Je ne regrette absolument pas d'avoir tenté l'expérience !

Points négatifs : On est sur une péniche alors ce n'est pas la même insonorisation que dans du bâti, il faut juste le prendre en compte.

Cool place to stay. I’d happily stay here again.

Points positifs : Great location. Very comfortable and everything I needed. All very organised and easy.

Points négatifs : Nothing really. It could have done with a bit more cleaning as rather dusty under the bed. But not a big issue.

This is a very unique location and we were very pleased to have stayed there.

Points positifs : Amazing location, really close to the centre of Paris. Metro station and good restaurants close by. A very special place.

Charming, Comfortable, Safe Stay in a Studio Apartment on a Houseboat in Paris!

Points positifs : From start to finish everything went great. Communication was friendly, clear, and easy. The houseboat is in a great location—easy access to the M1, a nice neighborhood, a market nearby, a park, and lots more. The room had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the nice welcome manual. The bed was very comfortable and I got great sleep in the dark, quiet, and relaxing room. I worked a bit while there too and the internet was strong and stable for my needs. I stayed there for a week as a solo female traveler and would highly recommend it. The area is very safe, the owners are very kind, and you will just feel very at ease during your stay. I hope it will be available for my future stays in Paris.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts! Super verblijf!

Points positifs : Het was een erg leuke locatie aan de Seine! Ik had verwacht dat er maar 1 appartement was maar de boot was opgedeeld in meerdere kamers. Hierdoor was het soms wel wat gehorig. Locatie was top je bent zo op de champs elysees en in Defense. We konden onze fietsen goed kwijt en supermarkt en bakker op korte afstand. Auto parkeren aan de weg is prijzig maar om de hoek kun je hem gratis parkeren!

Points négatifs : Ik miste ruimte om samen te kunnen eten, dat kon alleen aan kleine bar. Daarnaast was het bed te klein voor 2 volwassenen van 1.85 ;) Te smal en te kort. Ik vond het ook een nadeel dat je in de avond niet \

Lo consiglio per chi vuole provare a dormire su una casa galleggiante, ma con tutte le comodità.

Points positifs : Dormire su una peniche è veramente bello. Spaziosa con tutti i confort necessari e silenziosa. Mezzi di trasporto (metro/bus) raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata. Zona signorile e ben tenuta.
