Points positifs : I am very satisfied. The place is in a very quiet and peaceful area. The bus stop is very close and the metro is also nearby.The apartment is not big, but it is cimfortable.The owner is also very attentive.

Clean, quiet and safe. Just what you want after a long day walking the streets of Paris.

Points positifs : The location was amazing. Close to the number 1 line which takes you to most of the important places in Paris. Perfectly safe and quiet. And easy to find too which can be an issue in a city such as Paris.

Super and comfy flat

Points positifs : Super accomodation. It's walking distance to line 1. Quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful garden all around. Reception/sort of gated community. Bus stop in front of the building. Electric shutters. Small terrace for breakfast. May not be convenient for wheelchair user (doors/gates are heavy and hard to open with one hand). Bottled water was waiting for me (great as I forgot to buy one when I arrived at the Gare du Nord). Separate toilet. Toiletries.

Points négatifs : A personal preference: the bed / pillow was too soft for my back. The first night I arrived back at the apartment late (after midnight), and the porter wasn't there, they closed the auto door, so I had to find the side door and unlock it (it's on the right in the fancy cigar room that opens from the lobby, the door is just on your left when you step in, it will open by the lock and then you're good to go).

Points positifs : The appartment is located in the quiet and nice district. The way from the Metro station is pleasent and safe. The building itself is a kind of residence for elderly people where one can rent out private appartments as we understood it. There is a concierge service and a well-kept garden. It felt safe there. The appartment is exactly as in the photos, it is freshly renovated and is good equipped. Very comfortable and a great view from the window.

Points négatifs : There are couple of smaller issues (cables for TV and fridge door) that can be quickly resolved, I think that owners are in process of improving the renting process.

Points positifs : Dobrze wyposażony apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. blisko metra, ale nawet na nogach nie jest zbyt daleko do centrum. Ciepło i cicho. W 3 osoby było nam wygodnie.

O locatie excelenta si un apartament frumos

Points positifs : Un apartament foarte frumos intr-un cartier curat si linistit al Parisului. Este situat intr-un compelx mai mare, Statie de autobuz in fata proprietatii. Apartamentul este amenajata foarte frumos
