Points positifs : Lieu proche de toutes commodités, aux portes de Paris

Points positifs : Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé, à proximité immédiate du métro et du bus. Endroit très calme

Points négatifs : Un peu de cafouillage à la remise des clés mais principalement de notre fait

Points positifs : Appartement parfait pour visiter la ville! L'accueil de la propriétaire était très sympathique..Le logement très moderne et spacieux!

Idéal: On garde l'adresse pour notre prochaine escapade Parisienne

Points positifs : Emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris, à pieds et avec les transports en commun... (2min à pieds) puis revenir au calme en fin de journée! Tout est à proximité: commerces, restaurants ... Un Hôte très très gentil, arrangeant, accueillant ...

Points négatifs : RAS

Brilliant apartment in a lovely area

Points positifs : Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, in a lovely area close to metro and a grocery store. Ability to block out light (shutters) is great. Host very friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Points négatifs : Really loud church bells at 9am - we were there on Saturday and Sunday morning, didn’t bother us as that much we were up by then, but if you want to sleep in - it’s not going to happen.

Wonderful apartment 35 minutes by Uber to Paris sites

Points positifs : The apartment matched the photos exactly. The beds were comfortable. The apartment had 'left over' purchases from previous guests like shampoo, conditioner, spices, tea, condiments, laundry detergent etc which was very convenient. We loved having the washer and dryer. Felt very secure as there are multiple locks to enter the building. Previous guests mentioned the church bells but they would only wake a very light sleeper. Uber had no problem picking us up and dropping us off at the location. We liked the Egyptian food restaurant, Mona, across the street and tried some new dishes like couscous and falafel which we all enjoyed! The Thai restaurant (my wife is Thai) nearby has good food but is a 'businessman's lunch' restaurant with prices that match...2 dishes and 2 apps (no drinks) 114 euro.

Points négatifs : The title of the apartment '10 minutes from the Champs' is a bit misleading as this is a long road and every attraction in Paris was at least 30 minutes (some 45) by UBER. I am sure that if you take the metro it is faster but we were 3 people and liked being dropped off by uber exactly where we were going and not having to walk to the metro. Both toilets were located outside of the sleeping rooms (one of the rooms had an en suite bath but no toilet) so you had to exit the sleeping room to go to the toilet. The stand alone toilet was pretty narrow.
