A refaire lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris

Points positifs : Logement calme et propre (quasi neuf). Proximité du métro et de toutes commodités. Une personne est venue nous remettre les clés et a accepté notre arrivée prématurée (11h30 au lieu de 15h).

Points négatifs : RAS

Points positifs : Appartement propre et chaleureux. Parfait pour quelques jours en famille.

Points positifs : Appartement très bien situé (proximité du métro, supermarché et rues avec plein de commerce), propre, au calme. La literie est top (lits et canapé). Draps et serviettes comprises. Parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Points négatifs : Pas grand chose de négatif. Je dirai qu'il manque juste une petite casserole et un pichet

Points positifs : Perfect location. Right next to lovely bars and restaurants, close to the metro for transport. Handy for the supermarket too.

Points négatifs : Nothing. It was perfect for us.

Comfortable space & nearby metro

Points positifs : The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with all the shops, restaurants and metro nearby. Was big enough for the three of us. The owner was very friendly and was checking in with us to make sure we were happy with the stay.

Points négatifs : We liked everything. The only thing I can think of is no hangers in the apartment so after rainy days we had to hang our clothes all over the bedrooms which wasn't the best solution. Also we didn't have sugar & tea, which he had to purchase for a two day stay. Would be nice if it was already provided!

Points positifs : Every thing is nice, except window insulation it is not well

Points positifs : Nice host and location close to metro, restaurants and supermarket nearby, comfy beds

Points négatifs : When it was raining, it was quite loud for the person who sleeps next to window on sofabed

Points positifs : Everything was excellent! Even better than the photoes ... Clean, spacious(compared to paris), We had all the necessary equipments, comfortable beds, heating was great, location is perfect, close to metro, supermarkets; delicious bakery and cafe, communication was easy; ecc. Totally recommend it and we would definitely come back!

Points négatifs : Nothing important but a cloth hanger would be great even if there was a wardrope there.

Points positifs : Location is good, plenty of restaurants around and transportation and metro access close to the property. Mr. Robin was an excellent host and help us with information and all our requests. I recommend this apartment if visiting Paris with your family or friends.
