Great quality/price ratio

Points positifs : Nicely decorated apartament; very clean, fully equiped kitchen, fairly large main bedroom, easy access to public transportation M2, M5, M7, close by restaurants, boulangeries and cafees. Paris public transportation strikes not really impeding - 20 mins walk to Gare de Nord M1 automated subway line.

Points négatifs : Bathroom needs just a litltle bit of attention. The apartment might be kind of small for 4 people and slightly far from City center when returning late in the evening. Great choice overall.

Very nice stay in Paris

Points positifs : Good location. Very close to Saint Martin canal. A very nice place to eat and go for walks. Great facilities.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. A few small improvements, and it would be perfect!

Points positifs : The apartment is in a great location—just a 1-minute walk from the metro. There are several places nearby with delicious pastries, and a Georgian restaurant right by the entrance. The place is warm and cozy, with heaters that let you adjust the temperature yourself. It also has a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a washing machine, and a powerful hairdryer. The bedding is comfortable, and the check-in process was easy.

Points négatifs : I’m very particular about cleanliness, and unfortunately, the apartment wasn’t as clean as I expected. Some parts of the bedding had stains, and the towels had what looked like foundation marks and an unpleasant smell. There were no hooks to hang coats and no small closet or rack for clothes. It would also be helpful to have a cutting board and a proper knife in the kitchen since there were only table knives. It would be much more comfortable to have separate blankets instead of just one shared blanket in the bedroom.

We were pleasantly surprised by the area. We truly enjoyed walking up and down the canals.

Points positifs : Liked having a one bedroom apartment with good sized bathroom, kitchen and living space. Loved the location. Very close to the canals and 2 metro stations.

Points négatifs : It would be nice to have had hooks for towels and coats.
