Points positifs : Great location, beautiful apartment, very clean and well equipped

Points négatifs : It is advertised as 2 bathrooms but only has one toilet

Really great apartment with amazing access to restaurants, bars and cafes and a short walk to the metro. Highly recommen

Points positifs : Great location. Very clean. In a central area, but also nice and quiet inside.

Points négatifs : No natural light, which felt very odd at times. And the downstairs bathroom was strangely fitted out and we found largely un-usable for us.

Relaxing, spacious apartment ideal for a family stay in Paris.

Points positifs : There was so much space for our family which was absolutely perfect. It was very bright and open which made you forget the lack of windows completely. Everything was easy to use and navigate. I loved the welcome pack we received too.

Points négatifs : There was a damp smell in the shower room and in the downstairs bedroom. It wasnt awful but it was noticeable. As it was very echoey i was very conscious of making too much noise and really stresed about the Children.

Points positifs : Clean, great location, working dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Even washing powder was provided for washing machine.

Great spot and close to public transport, good dining and felt comfortable.

Points positifs : Comfortable and spacious to fit our family of six. Had everything we needed and was very clean.

Points négatifs : Picking up the key from a different location that didn’t feel safe (especially later in the evening).

Points positifs : It was different!! The downstairs area looks like a cave. Loved it!! Also it is like living in a seperare part. Great if you have kids.

Great 3 bedroom apartment in Paris

Points positifs : Location was very close to metro, and easy to get to tourist sites, lots of cafes and restaurants within 3-5min walk of location We were a family of 6 and there was ample space and we were very comfortable

Points négatifs : Washer and dryer took ages, I was not familiar with the settings/ programmes and some basic instructions would have been great There were no cooking spoons, tongs, spatula, bread knife Cloths horse would be a welcome addition

Nice apartment in good location

Points positifs : Location was fine and not too far to walk to Norte Dame (30 mins) and the metro was about 5 mins walk. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby in walking distance. Apartment was spacious and being on two floors each family was able to have their own space. Nice big kitchen and dining seating area. There is only one window next to the dining room table, so if you like natural light and air in your bedrooms be aware - not a challenge for our family.,

Points négatifs : The air conditioning was not working but as we were out every day it was not too much of a problem, to be fair we did not report it.

Amazing apartment! Great location!

Points positifs : High ceiling, open space, big dining room table. The bottom floor was a feature! Street that the apartment was located on was buzzing with life, but quiet at night. Well conected with Metro, 25mins from Louvre on foot :)! Lovely area! Felt safe and happy!

Points négatifs : One wc, (but 2 showers/bathtub), it was managable for 3 days. We spent the most of our time outside. Floors were vacumed but not cleaned. Read your instruction couple of times, apartment is on the road don't go wondering in the building like me. Lol
