Design and Quiet studio on wooded courtyard !

Points positifs : Très bien équipé. Quartier idéal à proximité de tout ce que j'avais envie de voir et de mon lieu de formation. L'hôte prend régulièrement des nouvelles pour qu'on se sente à l'aise pour le solliciter en cas de besoin.

Cute room for a few nights stay!

Points positifs : The property was a cute room/apartment. Very quiet and close to the metro. Everything was clean and organised when we got there. The facilities themselves were also new and great, the bed and shower.

Points négatifs : The no aircon was hard to deal with as the days we were there was 35 degrees. We got provided with a small fan which we propped on a chair facing the bed. The space was also tiny meaning it heated up fairly quickly. Luckily it stayed shaded in the courtyard giving us some time before it heated up.

Points positifs : Very cute and causy place, with everything you might need. The host was great, provided all the information. Location also good close to lots of restaurants and cafés, and just a short walk away from the centre.

Quiet secure location in central Paris close to everything.

Points positifs : The location was excellent for walking/touring around central Paris and quiet as advertised. The apartment is small but comfortable and clean. Host was very helpful when we had difficulty getting in.

A quiet and compact apartment in a great location.

Points positifs : The location was excellent and the studio, although compact, had everything we needed for a weekend. There were good restaurants nearby and it was close enough to walk to the attractions of Paris. A lively area but lovely and quiet in the apartment.

Fantastico

Points positifs : Fantastic location, local restaurants were amazing, local shops were nice and everyone very friendly. And to the property, all I can say it was majestic, very comfortable stay, bed was Devine, I’ve never slept so good in a long time, The kitchen was small but everything was there to hand to rustle up an amazing breakfast, lunch or an evening meal to enjoy by the courtyard. Facilities were great, great espresso machine, steamer for clothes and smart tv and media if chill and relax. Shower also amazing. And most of all extremely helpful and friendly hosts. 11 out of 10 marks. Great stay and will be back time after time. Officially our place new in Paris. Xx

Points négatifs : La televisione non si vede dal letto e i divanetti sono scomodi. Manca un po di attenzione alle stoviglie/ pentole

Volledig en zeer sfeervolle locatie

Points positifs : Locatie top, en een compact maar volledig ingericht appartement, zeer sfeervol!

Points négatifs : Handdoeken nog beetje vochtig toen we aankwamen. Wasmachine stond nog aan, hebben we uitgedaan. En we kregen beeldscherm, televisie niet goed uit maar handdoek voor gehangen, opgelost.

Muy acogedor y gran ubicación.

Points positifs : Ubicación muy buena. A 25 minutos andando del Louvre, Notre Dame, parada del Batobus, Lafayette, etc. A 2 minutos de parada de metro. Pequeño, pero muy acogedor y diseño atractivo y actual. Con todo lo necesario. Climatización perfecta (fuimos en marzo).

Points négatifs : La tele no se ve desde la cama. Podrían añadir un soporte basculante.
