ParisConciergerie - 1BR apartment close to Bercy

Location très agréable- bon emplacement pour visiter Paris - service très compétent

Points positifs : Le gros point fort : l emplacement, le logement se trouve proche de deux arrêt de métro et de deux lignes différentes (ligne 6 et 8) ce qui nous a permis de visiter paris très facilement. Le quartier est calme et présence de petit commerces au alentour (je vous conseille même la viande de la boucherie localisée à côté). Le logement est agréable et propre. Le service gestion est très a l écoute pour chaque problème rencontré.

Points négatifs : Il y a quelques petit point d amélioration à faire. La présence de plusieurs torchon et éponge serait conseillé ainsi qu’un étendoir pour faire sécher la vaisselle. Le matelas est confortable mais le lit grince légèrement. Le point le plus négatif est l arrivée du livreur de linge alors que nous étions sur le départ (mais j en suis aussi responsable car je n avais pas préciser l heure exacte de notre départ)

Un superbe appartement pratique pour aller en ville

Points positifs : Proche de 2 lignes de métro (6 et 8) Quartier calme Serviettes et draps fournis+extras(café,thé, bouteilles d’eau, savons) Tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine

Points négatifs : Il manquait une passoire (dommage pour nos pâtes)

Fabulous location

Points positifs : Chris and team at ParisConciergerie were very responsive via WhatsApp, both voice and text. Fabulous location--5 min walk to 2 Metro stations. Grocery stores, butcher, bakery and pharmacies within 5 minutes. A real neighbourhood.

Points négatifs : People taller than 5'3\

Points positifs : Nice area, with a good choice of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Metro and bus stops are nearby, and you can easily get to any point in Paris. Very caring and friendly owner, the apartment is nice, cozy and very clean (bed linen and towels too). There is everything you need to cook, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, hair dryer and iron. Caring owners left us bottled water, mini gels and soap. It was very nice ;) We were happy with our choice of this apartment. Next time we are in Paris, we will gladly stay here again 🥰

Points positifs : The apartment was pretty great, I liked it! Nice and cozy, with good shower/toilet; electric kettle and toaster were also a plus👌🏼 The bed was large and comfortable, there was hot water always and good internet connection. Plus the 12th district was nice & safe.

Points négatifs : I had a very bad experience with the guy who was supposed to meet me, pass the keys and show me everything in the apartment. He was late for 30 minutes!! I was just standing in front of the building, tired after the flight and he was simply declining my calls…😑 To say I was pissed off is to say nothing! The good thing is that the support team of the agency (that owns this apartment) was in touch with me trying to solve the problem on their side. Long story short, it was totally a problem in this concrete guy, because when I asked for iron > another guy came and he was super kind and sweet apologizing for that guy’s behavior. So yes, I hope they did punish that bad one… Also, the towels were not super clean and I really lacked slippers((

Points positifs : Location was excellent. Near Metro Michel Bizet, and in a non tourist area with local restaurants, pharmacist, butcher, artisanal bakery, convenience store.

Points négatifs : The size of the toilet = door couldn't be comfortably shut. There were some minor repairs that had not been attended to: strip round sink and induction hob; hole gouged on occasional table. It would be greatly improved by fitting insect mesh at one of the bedroom windows - we were both bitten in the night.

Points positifs : Гарне розташування, недалеко від метро, недалеко є смачна пекарня, декілька магазинів, один з них з замороженими продуктами, ярмарок по вихідних з місцевими смаколиками В квартирі є все необхідне (не було тільки штопора, але ми це виправити 😉). Зручне ліжко, опалення регулюється. Персонал, який одразу приходить на допомогу Дуже дякуємо, ми чудово відпочили ❤️❤️❤️ Коли знов зберемося в Париж, то тільки до вас
