Superbe appartement avec belle vue jardin

Super séjour dans ce très bel appartement. Tout était parfait, lieu calme, appartement très bien aménagé.

Points positifs : Nous avons apprécié le calme de la résidence, l’emplacement proche des métros et de toutes les commodités ainsi que les équipements de l’appartement comme nous a dit l’hôte : nous étions comme à la maison ! L’appartement était très propre et bien agencé. Un grand merci à Alex pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Points positifs : Superbe appartement,très propre,très bien équipé, une de mes meilleures locations booking.com. Alex est un hôte de grande classe, très à l'écoute et disponible. Vraiment je recommande les yeux fermés. Très bien situé, appartement que je louerai à nouveau avec certitude.

Fantastic Location

Points positifs : Absolutely fantastic location – just a short walk from two metro stations, one of them only two minutes from the door, yet the apartment is in a quiet area facing a beautiful garden. Shops and bakeries nearby open as early as 7 AM. The host stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and was always ready to help.

Points négatifs : The apartment is beautiful, clean, everything is new and very comfortable. However, I think we were too optimistic about the space - I would recommend the flat for two adults (the bedroom is beautiful!) or two adults with children up to 10. The sofa bed was a bit squeaky and not as comfortable as two of us hoped :))

We loved our stay in the apartment and Xin was on hand to answer any queries promptly. Great location with many grocery

Points positifs : The apartment was spacious and clean, location was great with supermarkets and good restaurants within a few minutes walk in all directions and also a metro station just a short walk away. Very quiet with lovely views of the garden which is rare in this price bracket in Paris.

Points positifs : The appartment was very clean, it was nicely quiet (no noise from the environment or neighbours), it was fully equipped with everything you need, it was spacious, it has an elevator, multiple restaurants, supermarket and metro nearby, and the owner was very friendly and he always replied quickly if I had a question.

Points négatifs : Overall everything was great. The following reasons are why I didn't give a 10, but they weren't that much trouble: - The fridge was very wobbly, it almost tipped over everytime we opened it. (I probably could have just texted the owner to fix that, but during the day we were mostly outside anyway) - It would have been perfect if a baby bed could also be provided. - Maybe a little pricey, but I guess for Paris it was good

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Points positifs : Sehr freundliche und persönliche Übergabe. Wünsche, wie früherer Check-in und Koffer deponieren, wurden berücksichtigt. Bilder stimmen 1 zu 1. Lage ist schön ruhig und ein toller Ausgleich zum lauten Zentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist alles, was man braucht: Brasserie, toller Bäcker, Supermarkt.

Points positifs : Der Vermieter, Alex, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ein Aufzug ust vorhanden und die Wohnung liegt sehr Nähe zu einer Metrostation. Ein Supermarkt, Bäckereien und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Die Nachbarschaft liegt von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten 20-30 Minuten mit der Metro entfernt. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall.

Points positifs : Appartamento ben posizionato vicino la metro, zona fornitissima di tutto e molto tranquilla. I proprietari gentilissimi e premurosi. Ambiente pulito e fornito di tutto. Ci hanno fatto trovare l'acqua e il caffè appena arrivati. Noi l'abbiamo usato per dormire e per il bagno ma l'appartamento dispone di tutto.

Points négatifs : Il materasso del divano letto in cucina chiaramente è il classico materasso da divano letto. Questa unica pecca. Ma non è stata una sorpresa sapevamo che c'era questo. Secondo me si potrebbe pensare a mettere un altro letto matrimoniale. Lo spazio ci sarebbe.

Points positifs : Alex war sehr hilfreich. Das Appartment ist für Paris relativ groß. Für eine Familie perfekt. Appartment ist 2 Minuten von einer U-Bahn Haltestelle entfernt, die direkt ins Zentrum fährt. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Gegend ist nicht sehr touristisch, deshalb essen gut und günstig
