Points positifs : Très propre et très pratique. Le métro pas loin de l’appartement près de Notre Dame et de la Saine. Le quartier était très calme et il y’avait plein de magasins autour. Un endroit très sécurisé, je recommande vivement on a passé un bon moment

We would definitely recommend this apartment and host for future travel to Paris.

Central, modern, clean and perfect for couples or families for a short stay !

Points positifs : This place was just fabulous - the perfect oasis from the heat in Paris (the air conditioning was a huge plus). Very clean and comfortable and so very central to all the best cafes and bakeries. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable.

I recommend this accommodation.

Points positifs : Exceptional location. Quiet street opposite the entrance to the cathedral and at the same time in a lively neighborhood with shops, restaurants, patisseries. Very clean and modern apartment. Close to metro line 1. Easy communication with the host and no problem picking up and returning the key. We are happy with our stay. I recommend this accommodation.

What an amazing jewel.

Points positifs : The place is located in such a fun area, and the flat is such a hidden gem. I highly recommend popping to Au Vieux Paris d'Arcole bar next door.

Points négatifs : The hot water runs out too quick. Two people could have a hot shower ok, but after it takes some time to the water tank to heat again. Anyhow, we were three people and we managed.

Points positifs : Очень хорошая локация, вся необходимая техника на кухне есть. Крутые бокалы для вина, это ценно! Слышны колокола Нотр-Дама.

I would highly recommend staying here for Max David provided the best hospitality service.

Points positifs : After traveling to 3 different countries and staying at three 4 star hotel properties, I really appreciate the hospitality and immediate and excellent customer service that Max David provided, especially given all of the general questions I had. Not only was this property clean, comfortable, and spacious for three people, the location is so centrally located and very walkable to restaurants, cafes, and landmarks. In fact, Notre Dame Cathedral is only a 3-minute walk. Overall, I felt like Max wanted to ensure that we had the best experience visiting Paris for the first time by making sure our apartment accommodations were perfect—and it was.
