Points positifs : Apparemment amusant (visiblement une ancienne échoppe), très bien situé, proche du métro tout en étant tranquille. Propre, bien équipé et confortable. Avec 2 salles de bain (très apprécié avec deux adolescentes), cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle, literie de bonne qualité. Parfait pour y séjourner à 4 personnes.
Points négatifs : Les chambres sont assez sombres car elles donnent sur une arrière-cour, l’une d’elle est même en sous-sol (de petites fenêtres donnent sur le trottoir). Photos sur le site sont un peu trompeuses, l’appartement y parait beaucoup plus lumineux et plus joliment décoré. A éviter avec de petits enfants en raison de l’escalier assez raide qui descend au sous-sol.

Magnifique appartement idéalement situé
Points positifs : L’appartement est vraiment idéalement situé, on se croirait dans Emily in Paris! Au bord de la Seine, face au bâtiment de l’hôtel de ville, sublime! L’appartement est décoré avec goût, spacieux, confortable, nous avons TOUT aimé!
Points négatifs : Rien, c’était parfait

Location Location Location!!! We felt like we lived in Paris!
Points positifs : The locations is fantastic, it feel like everything is new. We could have some of our meals comfortable at home too. We were party of 5, and were super comfortable. Beds were comfy and clean. It has two bathrooms that were great for our group size.
Points négatifs : Minor comment was to have another key, especially for a larger group. Families with your kids should be aware that is a two storey home and there is a flight of steps.

Very pleasant stay in a charming neighborhood.
Points positifs : Very central location, 5 minutes walking to the Notre Dame and in front of the Seine and Hotel the Ville. Quiet street despite the central location. Plenty of local commerce nearby, restaurants, coffe shops, bakery. Very charming street and neighborhood. The apartment has two floors, with one room and 1 bathroom per floor. Plenty of space for a family of 4-5. The TV has acess to streaming platforms which is great for kids.

Points positifs : The location is fantastic. A direct line to gare du nord, centre city but still quiet because it is next to the Seine. Lovely apartment, clean and design. Also, the owner checked in with me regularly to see whether all was good and also afterwards. Very nice experience.
Points négatifs : The proprietor works with a platform for the guarantee and for providing some information. You will have to send them a copy of your ID. If you are concerned about your online ID, this might feel uncomfortable.

Superbly located and stylish but could be better furnished.
Points positifs : Superb location, very quiet, large comfy beds. Good kitchen equipment. Stylish.
Points négatifs : One bedroom is in the basement down a steep flight of stairs. This was not clear in the description. Makes the apartment unsuitable for children or old people. There is a lack of furniture, eg nowhere to put suitcases, almost nowhere to put clothes, tiny bedside tables (more like upside down pots), uncomfortable sofa without enough cushions. No lights working over kitchen area and owner ignored request to replace light bulbs. Instructions to get into apartment misleading so I had to phone twice to work out how to get in.

Confortevole e comodo
Points positifs : Posizione perfetta sia per visitare a piedi il centro che per cene e pranzi nelle vicinanze. Ben raggiungibile anche coi mezzi. Quartiere vivo. Appartamento spazioso e pulito, eravamo in 5 e siamo stati davvero comodi. Cucina funzionale con tutto l'essenziale. Consigliamo vivamente a famiglie e gruppi. Ci sono le scale per andare alla camera seminterrata, ogni piano ha il proprio bagno ed una propria intimità.
Points négatifs : Ho avuto un po' di difficoltà con la raccolta delle chiavi, la scatola non si estraeva dalla buca lettera e di conseguenza era un po' difficile digitare il codice richiesto. La camera seminterrata era leggermente' rumorosa data una ventola istallata credo nelle prossimità delle finestre, questo però non mi ha impedito di dormire comodamente. Potrebbero fornire due chiavi essendo un appartamento che può ospitare oltre 5 persone.
