very good property, fantastic location
Points positifs : Location is unique - you step out of your front door and voi-la, Louvre! And yet you live in your own small house, or mini chateau if you like. That in the yard of a majestic historical house - so you are hot exposed to the touristy hassle and noises of the city.... well, except for 6-30AM and8-30AM whn the rubish man comes to swap the bins. It is modestly sized, but comfortable enough for a couple.
Points négatifs : Make sure you close the windows tight, otherwise the frames will resonate every time a metro trane passes beneath. AC looks a bit old and is not as silent as the modern ones. We used it just a bit - for heating, but not at night.

A great find 5 mins from the Louvre Pyramid.A unique space to stay!
Points positifs : Well equipped apartment very good quality linen and towels, comfortable bed very secure. Good fans and kitchen even though I did not cook! Good communication from Rod with clear instructions Only downside was no instructions for tv or appliances. Rod said I should have asked!
Points négatifs : Quite dark needed lights always. Needed fan on As above re instruction info

Cutest little cottage in the heart of Paris!
Points positifs : Amazing location: open your front door, head out the gates that protect you from the street noise and you are directly across from the Louvre. Super friendly and accommodating host who helped us store our bags after checkout. The cottage is at street level so no need to navigate tiny lifts or staircases!
Points négatifs : Everything was terrific. Book now!

If you are ready to pay this price than it is perfect location to discover Paris.
Points positifs : The location ist perfect. it is sehr quiet. There are restaurants and small food store just in couple of minutes. it is also very comfortable mattress.
Points négatifs : The Villa is simple. The price seems to be too high.

Location and comfort
Points positifs : Location, location, location. The apartment is wonderful, it's actually a house in the middle of a tenement house. Very close to the Louvre Museum, just cross the street, very close to public transport, good cafes, restaurants and shops. Great quiet place in the heart of Paris. I am delighted!

Amazing location!
Points positifs : Rod is an excellent host, the place is fantastic and the little house is very comfortable, safe and well equipped. Entry to the property is quick and safe. I will return there, if the space is available.

Amazing location and cozy
Points positifs : La localización es genial, comenzamos y finalizamos nuestros días siempre junto al Louvre. El hecho de poder ir a la mayoría de los sitios andando es una gran ventaja. La cama era grande y cómoda y no había mucho ruido. Tenía casi todo lo necesario para dos personas. Es una pequeña casa prefabricada en el patio de un edificio, es todo una única estancia con el baño separado.
Points négatifs : No hay pegas, el apartamento es pequeño pero lo sabíamos de antemano y el precio estaba bien. Los cubos de la basura del vecindario están en el patio y cuando los mueven se escucha mucho pero es solo una vez al día, a nosotros no nos incomodó.

Non dovete preoccuparvi di portare nulla, c’è tutto, dal sapone, lo shampoo, belli asciugamani, pentole, macchina di caf
Points positifs : Tutto pulito e perfetto! Piccola casetta indipendente dentro di un palazzo d’epoca proprio davanti a uno degli ingressi al Museo del Louvre e il Museo di Rodin.
Points négatifs : Nulla, tutto era perfetto.
