Points positifs : THe location was excellent. It was easy to get from the Eurostar at Gard du Nord to the air bnb via the underground. It is right near the Louvre and the river so easy to walk everywhere

Points positifs : The owner, Mr. Philip, is very friendly and reliable. He consistently responded to my questions promptly. A day before our check-in, Mr. Philip sent me a message and was there to greet us upon our arrival. He provided clear instructions on how to use the key and shared all the necessary information for our stay. We had no issues collecting the key. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the Louvre Museum, with all major attractions within walking distance. The room is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of three adults and two kids. There are two nearby shops where we could easily purchase all the groceries we needed. The metro is also close by, making it easy to get around the city. Despite being in the city center, the property is surprisingly quiet. With the bonus of an air conditioner and well-insulated windows, we could barely hear any noise from outside or neighbors.

Points négatifs : There is some room for improvement in cleanliness. It would also be greatly appreciated if the owner could provide basic cooking essentials like salt, sugar, and oil. The stairs might be challenging for some elderly guests, though this isn't the owner's responsibility.

A great apartment in a wonderful location. The arrival procedure could be simpler.

Points négatifs : We were given a door code for the street entrance and keybox code for the apartment door. However, there must be 20 apartments using the same front door and none of the apartment doors are numbered! It took some time to find the right apartment door which was not easy in the dark and carrying the luggage.

Plesant stay at a great place in the city center where all things are very close.

Points positifs : Land lord awaited us on spot. We met him there are agreed location and time. The delay in arrival was no problem. Wi-fi connection. Place is in thecentre of the town. Perfect public transport conection ( only very crowded, but is a diferent problem)

Points négatifs : A bit old and not maintained furniture. Should do some repairs.

Appartamento molto comodo e centrale.

Points positifs : La posizione molto comoda dell'appartamento ci ha permesso di girare a piedi per la maggior parte del tempo, inoltre vi erano fermate dell'autobus e della metropolitana vicine all'appartamento. Nei dintorni vi sono diversi supermercati. Siamo arrivati alle 23 nell'appartamento ed abbiamo effettuato senza problemi il self check in dato che il giorno precedente ci erano state inviate delle istruzioni molto precise. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato con piacere una bottiglia dell'acqua, dei cioccolatini, l'appartamento molto ben riscaldato e il frigorifero già in funzione. La cucina era ben fornita di piatti, bicchieri, posate e pentole. Doccia molto ampia e con un piacevole getto d'acqua. Quando abbiamo avuto problemi con il wifi il gestore ci ha risposto subito.

Points négatifs : La finestra della camera da letto matrimoniale non si chiudeva bene. Alcune sedie di stoffa della cucina erano macchiate. La cucina non ha la lavastoviglie.
