A perfect stay for couple of days in Paris !
Points positifs : The Apartment Was perfect for 3 people. Had all the amenities ready for your arrival. Even allowed us to check in 2 hours early, which was great allowed us to quickly freshen up. The Host Was very responsive, They would reply to your message within minutes. The apartment was in the centre of paris very close by to amazing restaurants. Will definitely come back!
Points négatifs : Honestly northing wrong with the apartment. The only thing i would say would be certain people on the streets that may ruin the experience. But other than that Everything else was perfect.

Points positifs : The room is good. Small. If you're traveling with two adults and a child, it’s ideal. This room is perfect for those who came to see Paris, not to stay indoors. I wouldn’t say the room is dirty. The previous comment was exaggerated. Yes, it’s a bit worn out and needs renovation. The lock works; we left valuables inside, and nothing was stolen. The prostitute near the entrance is actually quite attractive)))) She didn’t cause any problems. Everything works—fridge, TV, coffee machine, microwave, and clothes dryer
Points négatifs : Do you really think that you can buy something inexpensively in Paris?))))

Points positifs : The apartment was clean and adequate to meet our needs and our children's needs. The location was very central and we had the opportunity to walk to every touristic place.
Points négatifs : In future visits, telling guests the door and apartment password a few hours in advance will prevent check-in delays and possible waiting in front of the door.

Very good. Clean and modern, easily accessible.
Points positifs : Secure, Clean easy to get to. Always hot water for showers and kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and plenty towels and hygiene pack for everyone.
Points négatifs : Quite small for 4 adults but we managed well. Reported broken door in bathroom since Sept last year on comments… still not fixed. Really should paint the entrance hallway to the apartment or arrange with owner of building.

Nice strategic location
Points positifs : Really good location, comfortable and with all the basics for a nice stay. Metro stations are super close. Moving to any location is really easy.
Points négatifs : I would include more cleaning supplies in case those are required. :)

Vale la pena alquilar ese espacio
Points positifs : Buena ubicación, distrito dos, está en vías principales, muy buen movimiento de personas en la noche para caminar, restaurantes en los alrededores, cafés desde temprano, supermercados, centro comercial a 3 cuadras, estación de bicicletas a 150 metros, caminando de puntos históricos a pie entre20 y 30 minutos. Silencioso en las noches, fácil el ingreso, ajustado a las imágenes que tiene en la página. Comunicación directa y rápida con los administradores. Totalmente equipada la cocina. Puerta con chapa de seguridad. El espacio es para 4 personas, para lo que se quiere, dormir en la noche y salir en la mañana.
