Points positifs : L'accueil de Samy et ses conseils pour nous faciliter le séjour. L'emplacement, la proximité du métro et des commerces qui ferment tard et un marché 3 fois par semaine. Le calme et les équipements (lave-vaisselle, frigo congel, micro-onde et lave linge) très pratiques. La grande télévision. La fourniture du café et des produits de base pour l'entretien de l'appartement.

Séjour agréable en famille

Points positifs : J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement, metro restaurants, boulangerie... Apparemment très calme moderne propre et j'ai beaucoup apprécié le comportement de Mr Samy vraiment très serviable et à l'écoute.

Points positifs : The apartment was in a great location, a little distant from the central sights of Paris but with every accessible means of travel right outside and a very relaxed neighbourhood, not at all noisy. Very cosy and comfortable space for 2 people.

Points négatifs : The key to the apartment gave us a little bit of scare, even if you get the hang of it the first time, you may find yourself stuck outside on more than one occasion. Samy, the man who maintains the apartment, was extremely helpful, and was happy to answer any of our questions, so if there’s something you don’t understand you can always ask.

Points positifs : Great place, clean, with everything you need for a few unforgettable days in Paris, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. We want to thank the person who accommodated us - very polite, nice and kind!

Points positifs : We liked everything. A small, cozy, clean apartment. We were met by a nice guy who briefed us and gave us the keys. He waited for us for a long time since we got lost in the subway. He also helped with advice on how to choose the right route. We are very grateful to you for our great vacation!

Points positifs : Location. It's very close to the metro station and bus stops. Lots of eating joints nearby and daily needs shop.

Points négatifs : The space is not as large as it appears in the pics. Best for a couple but not ideal for a family of 4, especially Indian families considering the luggage we carry.

Points positifs : The facilities in the apartment was great. There were extensive items from towels and hairdryer to cooking equipment and dishwasher and washing machine. Access to WiFi was brilliant. The apartment was a spot on for size and the pull out bed was a great touch. The apartment was really safe and secure with a code being required to use the lift, and a strong lock on the door. There was a suitable kitchen with good equipment so we didn't have to eat out all of the time.
