Perfect stay.

Points positifs : Brilliant location for both sides of the river, Latin Quarter and Le Marais. Spacious and comfortable. Very helpful and welcoming owner. The bedroom is on the quiet side of building so there was no noise. Bed comfy and great shower. It is in a great lively area so plenty of food and fun options.

Points négatifs : Nothing … all accomodation in Paris is expensive but it is a very special city.

Points positifs : Perfect location, perfect size wit 5 members family.

Points négatifs : You have to walk to the 3rd floor. Not for weak or elderly people. The entrance is a bit hidden, difficukt to find.

Centrally located, nice, clean apartment

Points positifs : This apartment is located in the very center of Paris. Many restaurants and shops downstairs, NotreDame very short walk, major train/metro station even closer. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, although for us (5 people) a bit small. The beds are comfortable, bathroom nice and clean. The kitchen is quite well equipped. There is a free wifi available, which was working well. The host was waiting for us in front of the building with the keys even though we were delayed, and gave us all information we needed.

Points négatifs : Expect that due to the location, it might be a bit noisy, especially if you need to keep windows open e.g. in hot summer.

Мы остались в восторге. Если вернемся в Париж, то будем жить именно здесь.

Points positifs : Отличное расположение в 10 мин ходьбы от острова Сите (Нотр-Дам) и Лувра. Рядом с домом есть супермаркет и множество кафе, а также метро прямо за домом (прямая ветка до аэропорта Орли). В 10 мин от дома огромный торговый центр и пересадочная станция Châtelet Les Halles, куда прибывают поезда из аэропорта Шарль де Голль. Внизу отличная кофейня со свежей выпечкой. В квартире есть все необходимое, в т.ч. стиральная машина, посуда и прочие мелочи. Удобные диваны и кровать. Спокойно могут разместиться 6 человек.

Points négatifs : Немного не разобрались, где вход в подъезд (он скрыт за кафе), кроме того рядом были строительные леса, т.ч. не увидели его, хорошо, что нас увидел сам управляющий. Не хватает лифта в доме, с чемоданами тяжело подниматься по винтовой лестнице, но это особенность старинного дома, а не его недостаток.
