Points positifs : Loved the location. Convienent to bakery,shops, metro etc Sofa beds were very comfortable. Lovely white crispy clean bedlinen. We were a group of five and we enjoyed our stay. Photos dont do it justice, maybe one with the beds made up. Frak was available and helpful. Bottle of water in the apartment was a nice touch.

Points négatifs : Nice few steps up to apartment. But it kept us fit after all the crossants!. Could do with replacing some of the mugs.

Fabulous location clean, comfortable with a few stairs to climb

Points positifs : Location was exceptional, a lively area with super facilities on the door step. Our host was lovely we were late getting in and he was so accommodating with meting us. There were 4 of us and we used all the beds, which were easy to assemble. The couch beds were firm but comfortable enough to sleep on. Not a criticism just a fact there were many flights of stairs to climb, so if you had physical issues it may be difficult,but as someone else said as a tourist you climb them twice a day, and it would not deter us from booking this accommodation again

Very comfortable flat, close to everything

Points positifs : Very convenient location, close to everything. The bed and sofa beds were very comfortable and the flat was very roomy. Fayak looked after us very well and was very kind and accommodating to our travel times. Thank you so much!!

Heart of the action

Points positifs : Fantastic location, right next to a grocery store and a short walk to the Metro. Spacious apartment with plenty of facilities and a nice view from the balcony, albeit small. Quiet in the rear rooms, especially given the noise from the bustling street. Good air conditioning which served us greatly with the high temperatures during our stay, although none in the rear bedroom.

Points négatifs : Cigarette smoke drifting up to the balcony from the restaurant below, which is difficult to avoid in Paris generally Lots of stairs to get up the apartment, may not be manageable for less mobile guests.

Points positifs : Excellent place in the heart of Paris. Vibrant, with plenty of brasseries, restaurants and shops. Walking distance from Le Louvre, Nôtre Dame, Latin square, etc. The manager of the property was very friendly and helpful, would like to thank him through the Booking feedback. Strongly recommend for a place to stay in Paris compared with price and location. Would definitely book again another time, this town is amazing
