Points positifs : appartement au top ! beau, pratique, très bien équipé et très bien placé à Montmartre ! très beau quartier ! à 2min à pieds du moulin rouge et à 10 min à pieds de la butte Montmartre. Pick a flat équipe au top ! très réactive et très bien organisée ! service chauffeur au top ! il noua a emmené au pied de notre logement, et a attendu qu'on rentre sans soucis dans l'appartement avant de s'en aller.

Great flat, brilliant location, responsive managing agent.

Points positifs : Great location. Spacious flat. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Plenty towels and linen. High ceilings and big windows. Nice and warm in Autumn. Responsive managing agents.

Points négatifs : Three small things, two of which can be fixed. One - the ceiling lighting in the main room is very stark and 'cold' - change the bulbs for softer, warmer lighting. Two - the toilet-roll holder in the toilet was loose and so the toilet roll kept falling on the floor: get this fixed. Three - the toilet is extremely small, about 80cm x 80cm. This can't be helped - it just is what it is.

A lovely spacious and comfortable flat in a fantastic location

Points positifs : The location was exceptional as we wanted and needed to be on Rue Lepic and being directly above a great boulangerie was a total bonus. The section of Rue Lepic where the flat is located was full of great bars, shops and restaurants, as well as being close to all of the cultural sites of Montmartre that we wanted to visit. The flat was spacious, really clean, well laid out and well equipped, with a comfortable and well decorated living room area that was a great place to relax in. Both bedrooms had their own ensuite shower room and WC, with plenty of storage space.

Points négatifs : The downside of staying in a vibrant neighbourhood was the noise. This wasn't helped by the work being done to pedestrianise that part of Rue Lepic, with work beginning very early in the morning. We had earplugs with us and they were essential as sound insulation in the flat wasn't as good as some other places we've stayed at in busy cities. Despite all of the great things we liked about the flat, there were a couple of small issues that we shared with the owner due to some minor breakages to light fittings that had happened prior to our arrival. The owners acknowledged these issues immediately but considering the cost of the flat, it was a little disappointing that these hadn't been checked and addressed before our stay. Another minor issue when comparing the flat to other places we've stayed in Paris and other European cities was the lack of a welcome pack in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathrooms. Yes, there was a packet of hand soap and some coffee pods, and there plenty of shops nearby to get anything that we might have needed, but it would have been nice to have had something to make the experience a little more welcoming and luxurious.

Points positifs : Fantastic location for our visit to see the Moulin Rouge. The apartment was well equipped, clean & decorated beautifully throughout.

Modern apartment in a great location

Points positifs : The apartment was ideal: it was in a great location and a good size for three couples. We had an issue getting in at first, but the host was easy to contact, and it was quickly resolved.

Points négatifs : I don't have any complaints - except the main toilet being very small, but not much that can be done to sort that, I don't think!
