Cosy, clean, friendly, comfortable, accessible studio for two
Points positifs : Eric was away so Wendi met us and was very kind. We had a problem with the tv and she came back within 20 mins and sorted it out for us 🙏🏼
Points négatifs : The rubbish situation. I do not know how things work in Paris but I want to recycle my rubbish and there was no facility for this.

Excellent location.
Points positifs : I loved the location. It was around the corner from the Cigale Theater and near metro Blanche & Pigale with access to everything. The street, Lepic, had all services such as bakeries, fruit market, mini-markets. It was on the street level (no stairs) located on a private gated alleyway so I felt secure. A quiet location. No complaints at all.

Quaint, quiet, well-connected, good amenities for a short weekend stay in Paris
Points positifs : Eric was a perfect host. He was able to let me in early as my flight came in earlier than expected, not a problem for him, showed the place and explained what to do, how to check out, the area, etc. The place is perfectly set up for one person (but could be comfortable for two) - for those on a short trip to Paris, seeing friends, looking for all the basics but near major areas, his place was what I needed for my 2 day weekend trip. Flat is in a quiet secluded side street (but within walking distance to sites like Montmarte). Would highly recommend again.
Points négatifs : Really had no issues with the stay, check in / check out, communication. I really enjoyed staying there even if it wasn't such a long time - I even had to leave super early the last day and was able to just leave the key in the mail box which made my stay pretty easy. Thanks again!

A nice little place
Points positifs : The location is great and the room was very cozy, kitchen had everything we needed. All kinds of shops right on the street with really anything you would want.
Points négatifs : The bathroom is very, very small... as in, the toilet is a bit jammed into the sink, and the sink is also tiny and the little cabinet on top is not very helpful... the shower is good.

Fully equipped, best location in Paris!
Points positifs : Excellent wifi, very well equipped kitchen, ground floor in a charming courtyard but very safe, location in the heart of lower Montmartre, with metro 2 minutes away, good hot water shower, everything I could want was provided. I visited during a cold spell in winter and the apartment was perfectly heated. The rental was near perfect and I would highly recommend, and stay there myself again.
Points négatifs : The pillows were lumpy (although some people like that) but the one thing that would be easy to improve are the curtains in the living room. They are thin and white, and when the light is on, someone walking by can easily see into the apartment. Putting in solid, darker curtains would instantly solve that problem.

Points positifs : De locatie, de rust, het bed waren perfect, evenals de hygiëne. Alles was binnen een paar minuutjes bereikbaar, zoals, bakker, slager, supermarkt en metro.
Points négatifs : De badkamer met toilet waren erg klein en de deur grensde aan de keuken. Het tafeltje met de twee stoelen was krap zitten. Maar het was wel knus.

Voll und ganz empfehlenswert
Points positifs : Das Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoß in einer Passage. Diese hat zwei Eingänge mit mauerhohen Gittertüren. Man fühlt sich da also sicher obwohl das Viertel außerhalb sehr belebt ist.. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und brachte die Schlüssel kurz nach meinem Anruf, wie es abgesprochen war. Er gab mir eine Liste, wie alles funktioniert. Mit dem W-Lan hatte ich Probleme. Das Appartement ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet. In der Küche ist wirklich alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, bestimmt auch für zwei Personen. Das Badezimmer ist etwas eng. Das Appartement war sauber und gepflegt. Die Heizungen funktionierten prima. Für Pariser Verhältnisse ist das Appartement so groß, dass man sich bewegen kann. Es ist sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm und keine lauten Nachbarn.
