Très bel emplacement, confortable, mais quelques améliorations à apporter
Points positifs : L'emplacement, la décoration, le confort de la literie
Points négatifs : L'arrivée du dimanche avec le code qui ne fonctionne pas et la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone qui ne m'a jamais rappelée. Il faudrait une seconde couverture ou couette, que la vaisselle soit à hauteur normale (rangée trop haute) et isoler la porte d'entrée qui laisse rentrer le froid

Magnifiques balades et monuments prestigieux! Sublime !
Points positifs : Sa situation qui a facilité nos déplacements à pied ou métro vers les lieux emblématiques. Très pratique pour un couple de seniors! Studio très propre, confortable et meublé avec goût ! Nous y reviendrons !

Points négatifs : Seule lumière vient de la porte, salle d’eau un peu petite et l’agencement du lavabo n’est pas très pratique - VMC prévue

it was lovely, nice place to stay and the staff were very accommodating and helpful
Points positifs : i liked how clean and sleek the property was, also very convenient for people travelling for work as there is a small kitchenette.
Points négatifs : the walls were slightly thin so could hear outside noise on weekday, but not a big issue

Incredible locations with few flaws
Points positifs : This location boasts shops, restaurants, and cafes, making it a great base for exploring the area. It’s conveniently close to the Eiffel Tower and other popular attractions. The neighbourhood feels safe and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay.
Points négatifs : The first-floor apartment has an entrance that leads straight into the courtyard. This has a downside, as it brings noise from people passing by, talking, and cleaning. It also makes the apartment quite dusty. The shower has good water pressure, but the bathroom sink is incredibly small, making it only suitable for washing hands. There’s also a lack of storage space or shelves in the bathroom. There are two cupboards/wardrobes in the apartment, one of which also stores cleaning materials and smells like bold. Additionally, the coffee machine leaks water when used.

Amazing stay in a lovely location
Points positifs : It’s a very well decorated room and is clearly very modern and well specked with everything you could need!
Points négatifs : As it’s the bottom floor it doesn't have any opening windows and you can’t sleep with the door open so would benefit from air con as it was a little hard to sleep with the temperature some nights, as there was a fan but if it was in the summer I can imagine it would’ve been a lot worse.

Points positifs : Appartment was exactly as described in the property description. Although small, it has all that is needed. Very centrally located, 10 min walk from Tour Eiffel and right across from Musée de l'Armée. Would stay here again in the future.
Points négatifs : The appartment complex can be busy in the early hours with people coming and going. You may expect some level of noise if planning to sleep in. TV has streaming services available but does require log in.

Points positifs : Es un apartamento muy cómodo y bien ubicado, Justo lo que necesitábamos
Points négatifs : Nos tenia algo nerviosos coordinar desde 3 semanas antes la hora exacta para la llegada y el seguro de estadía que exige. Creo que es estricto con los trámites del pre check in considerando que llegábamos en tren desde otras ciudades y no teníamos esa claridad con tanto tiempo. Al final el check in es auto guiado y muy fácil
