Points positifs : L aide téléphonique etait top et toujours de bonnes réponses adaptées.

Points positifs : L'appartement en lui-même et la situation de celui-ci sont vraiment exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Paris.

Points négatifs : Le téléviseur était un peu petit pour voir certaines épreuves des JO. Autrement rien d'autre a dire.

Points positifs : The location was great and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well decotated.

Points négatifs : We had problems accessing the wi-fi and it took an email and two phonecalls over 2 days to sort it.

Points positifs : Nice space, all the amenities you would expect. Quiet, great location, common parts of building smart and tidy.

Points négatifs : Key collection (and drop off) 10-15 minutes away and not clear instructions. Bedside tables dirty, towels old and thin, and pillows not great. Bigger television?

The apartment was clean and spacious as advertised. Great location.

Points positifs : They were responsive and helpful during our stay. The location is also nice and pretty quiet/ not touristy even if it’s central.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful and well-located apartment

Points positifs : The location was amazing - we walked to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomph, Champs Élysée, Louvre, Pompidou, Notre Dame, Musée D’Orsay and more! Also the apartment was extremely quiet, as it faced an inner courtyard, The apartment and furnishings were beautiful, and all the rooms generously sized and beds very comfortable. Our kids loved the Netflix during our down times. It was great to have plenty of crockery and cutlery, meaning we didn’t have to wash up after every meal, but could use the dishwasher. Also great to have a Nespresso coffee machine and a few pods, and some nice tea. Hairdryers were provided, although not listed in the description, so I needn’t have taken mine from home. All in all a fantastic experience, and I have recommended this apartment to others.

Points négatifs : It would have been better if the following were provided: - a few dishwasher tablets - a tea-towel to dry dishes - a few pantry staples - more than two toilet rolls (for a family of four, for a four day stay).

Accessible, beautiful, comfortable and clean!

Points positifs : The apartment was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable beds and a perfect location. It was accessible to all of Paris attractions. A safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Restaurants near by were fantastic. Will definitely be booking again when I return to Paris.
