Points positifs : Propriétaire réactif pour m'aider dans les trajets( ligne de métro)et pour récupérer les clés. Une aide appréciable quand on vient pour le travail.

Points positifs : Studio bien placé, bien équipé échanges avec l hote,très agréable.

Points positifs : Nous avons été bien reçu et la rue St Severin est très belle.Studio fonctionnel à deux pas du métro,de notre Dame ainsi que pleins de commerces et restaurants.Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Paris.

Very small apartment, great for a family/2 couples, incredible location!

Points positifs : This apartment is perfect in terms of location. It’s small, but fine for a family of 4, or even 2 couples if they are planning to be out most of the time. The communications with the host were excellent. We’ll definitely be recommending this apartment to our friends, and we’d love to come back again. The upstairs has a low ceiling (grown ups on knees!) but the kids loved it. The shower had hot water and the towels were included. There is a fridge and a microwave as well as cooker. The view to the street was very atmospheric.

Points négatifs : For constructive criticism, the place could use some TLC and a few things mended ie the loo seat needs mending. The place was averagely clean and needed a deep dusting. The sofa bed is fragile! There wasn’t enough bedding upstairs. No cereal bowls! There wasn’t a wifi code but it was sent as soon as I asked. There were no instructions for the tv and we couldn’t get it to work. None of this was enough to spoil our stay, but worth mentioning for the benefit of the hosts. One last thing, the long instructions to get into the building and apartment were in French! All other communication was in English. Luckily my 1500 day streak on duolingo was a help ;)

Lovely stay in Paris

Points positifs : The location was very good! Lots of restaurants close by.

Points négatifs : Since we visited in January the apartment was cold. But after turning the heating on then the second floor got really hot.

Points positifs : Great location, close to Notre Dame, restaurants, shops. You can use the time for walking and sightseeing
