Points positifs : Appartement très propre et décoré avec goût. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le centre de Paris. Les rues sont très animées. Le propriétaire est très joignable et soucieux de notre confort.

Points négatifs : Peut-être les oreillers trop épais mais c'est un détail.

Idéal pour un weekend en couple

Points positifs : Location exceptionnelle et propreté irréprochable! Très bien équipé, et très confortable aussi. On s'y sent en sécurité grâce à trois accès verrouillés en permanence. Excellente communication de la part du locateur.

Points négatifs : La machine à café demande un format de capsules spéciale que nous n'avons pas réussi à trouver en supermarché.

Points positifs : Appartement joliment décoré, bien équipé et confortable. Situation exceptionnelle, proche du métro, à 2 pas de Notre Dame.

Points négatifs : Il faut huiler un peu la serrure. On n'a pas toutes les chaînes tv.

A wonderful stay and we were so pleased with this apartment.

Points positifs : A fantastic location within easy walk of Notre Dame and the nearest \\Metro station. This apartment is secure and located on a pedestrian street with restaurants at the front door. Around the corner is a supermarket where you can get all you need if you want to self cater. We found an excelent breakfast within a couple of streets. The apartment looks over a bustling street with vibrant night life but has double glazing and air conditioning unit, so we slept well. It is very clean and provided with everything we wanted for a weekend stay. Just what we wanted and we loved it. The host is very efficient and helpful. We were offered an earlier check in time, and also allowed to leave our luggage until much later in the day, so it's flexible, depending on the next guest arrival time. Really kind and easy to communicate with.

Points négatifs : There was nothing we didn't like. If you want a quiet stay, you should know that the street is bustling with people eating and drinking until late into the night and then with people cleaning up and getting the restaurants ready, so you have to close the windows and use the air conditioning. If you stay in central Paris, you are likely to find it busy! We used the air con and slept well. We somehow struggled to unlock the key safe to replace the key at the end of our stay. Note that the fire evacuation notice is in the main hall and in French, Perhaps an English translation in the apartment would be good. We didn't see a first aid kit in the apartment, so go prepared. The kitchenette is super clean and has a hob, a microwave tucked in the cupboard, coffee machine and kettle, but is limited in space. You can cook a simple meal, or just go downstairs to the restaurants! There isn't a tea towel to dry plates etc, a small thing! We had a great time and these are minor points.

Points négatifs : All was good! It’s in a busy location so there’s some noise on the weekend but the windows give good sound proofing.
