Points positifs : The place is in a great location, beautifully arranged, and very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
Points négatifs : The only downside of our stay was that we had issues with the heating. The AC didn’t work properly and wouldn’t heat, so it was cold at times. The bathroom radiator also didn’t work. Another major concern was the entrance door, which didn’t seal well and let in a noticeable draft, bringing cold air into the room.

Points positifs : Wonderful location and very well appointed. The sauna is a nice touch to unwind after a busy day in Paris. Really close to bus stops and great restaurants.
Points négatifs : We had three people and it was tight.

Great location in a cosy place
Points positifs : What a great location and contact with a host! We had a fantastic run in the morning with empty Louvre and Notre Dame views. Proximity to many good restaurants (including Michelin star right at the corner).
Points négatifs : After three showers we ran out of hot water 🤪 advise is to take shorter showers :-) Maybe more sturdy entrance door would be better for colder season.

Very satisfied by our stay, the accommodation and the service. We will come back!
Points positifs : Great studio with a perfect location near St Germain, Latin quarter, Seine river etc. We could do most of our visits by walk. the owner was prompt in answering questions. Also the owner shared very useful tips about the surroundings we could perform!
Points négatifs : Maybe front door which could be better isolated from noise. But that’s a small detail compared to appliance and furniture.

Points positifs : The location is great! It is close to many restaurants and supermarkets, and both train and bus stations are nearby. We even walked to the Louvre Museum. Additionally, Shakespeare & Co. is just a 7-minute walk away, and Disneyland Paris is only 30-45 minutes away by train.

Perfect place in the heart of Paris
Points positifs : Really nice small apartment in the center of Paris. Very close to Notredame! A bit small but we were 2 people and a dog and it was great for us. Two big beds and very nice bathroom. Big TV were you could easily connect your phone to watch TV. I would really recommend this place if you are 2-3 people and want to stay in the center!
Points négatifs : Little noice from the streets but that is what you can expect if you live in the middle of Paris. Small thing was that there were no extra toilet paper, only one roll but we just bought

Points positifs : Location is outstanding, near to Notre Dame, five minutes walk from the center of the Latin Quarter and Saint German. Apartment was super clean. Property is very fast and kind to answer client request.

Points positifs : The location was fantastic. Just 10 minutes from Notre Dame and hidden in a shower quiet street. The flat was directly on the street, so no stairs. The check in was a breeze, and the staff were very responsive.

Points positifs : Obiekt w świetnej lokalizacji niedaleko katedry Noterdame,wszystko na miejscu , zaraz bazary spożywcze. W apartamencie lodówka, zmywarka , pralka , mikrofala . Czysto , tv posiadał Disney i inne aplikacje już zalogowane. Jak najbardziej polecam .

Me fascinó, espero volver pronto
Points positifs : Es muy céntrico, me encantó el lugar y cerca de todo. Cuando digo es todo es todo, lo recomiendo. No tienen que subir escaleras, cuenta con lavadora pequeña, cocineta, baño, calefactor, TV con cable, muy aseado. Muy funcional.
Points négatifs : No tengo quejas, 100 de 100.
