Points positifs : Tres beau logement. Confortable. Bien placé. Nous avions tout ce qu il fallait. Je recommande. A part quelques bemols mineurs pas grands chose a redire. Sejour top.
Points négatifs : Un peu bruyant la nuit avec les voisins du dessus et les passages dans les escaliers. Isolation sonore pas top. Telecommande cassée dans la chambre. Devoir eteindre tout les chauffages pour utiliser le sauna sans faire sauter les plombs n etait pas vraiment pratique. Des lampes de chevet dans la grande chambre serait pratique.

Très chouette séjour parisien, avec de grands espaces et une réelle tranquillité
Points positifs : Appartement design, spacieux et fonctionnel avec une belle luminosité. La literie est magnifique. Il est situé dans une rue tranquille et 2 métros sont à proximité. Il est équipé de 2 salles de bain et d'un hammam en sous-sol.
Points négatifs : Une des 3 chambres ne dispose que d'une fenêtre qui donne sur l'espace commun. Le jardin intérieur mériterait une remise en état au niveau du parquet.

Points positifs : I liked the layout of the apartment and the modern styling. The projector screen was really good. The location is convenient and pleasant. There were ample supplies of kitchen utensils and bathroom accessories.
Points négatifs : One of the bedroom door handles completely came off the door, and the bathroom with the WC was very dimmly lit, with absolutely no light around the bath area.

Pascal was friendly and helpful - we could have stayed longer! Apartment was quiet, clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay as a group of 3. Shame the second shower didn’t have any hot water but overall a great stay and Pasc
Points positifs : the apartment was very spacious and open. nice and bright and airy. good location for our purposes and Pascal was lovely. very secure property and extremely convenient to a number of Boulangeries. Matched the description and photos on the listing.
Points négatifs : couldn’t use the outdoor patio area as it is not safe and needs to be maintained. TV was a little complicated and reception was intermittent. the second shower had no hot water but Pascal did try to rectify this for us during our stay.

I would come back and stay again. It was great for our family of 6 for the holiday
Points positifs : The location is fantastic. Very convenient. The space is massive compared to most Parisian apartments. We were comfortable and had a lovely stay.
Points négatifs : It is expensive but worth it.

Points positifs : The house is clean and spacious. The location is great, close to coffee shops and restaurants.
Points négatifs : There are 2 bathrooms but only one has a toilet. For a house of three bedrooms for up to 5 guests, it can be invonvenient with just 1 toilet.

We truly enjoy the stay, nice apartment, good neighborhood close to transportation good restaurants and bakeries.
Points positifs : Very large apartment, nice living space, big dining table, kitchen well equipped, dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. Outdoor space is extra feature. The host was very helpful, prompt with his responses and very accommodating. There was also a piano in the house which we liked. Good location, close to public transportation nice neighborhood with good restaurants and bakeries.

Points positifs : Na contact te hebben gehad met de verhuurder via Whatsapp, kwam 10 minuten na aankomst iemand de deur openen, de sleutels overhandigen en uitleg geven over het appartement. Ruim appartement met goede bedden en kussens. 2 badkamers, een met bad, een met douche. Goede ligging tov metro, restaurantjes ed.
Points négatifs : Onze eerste nacht was op zaterdag en het is heel erg gehorig. Constant voetstappen, deuren, stemmen. Heel slecht geslapen. Zondag en maandagnacht was het stil. De douche loopt heel langzaam door waardoor je met je voeten in een badje staat, hou ik zelf niet zo van.

Points négatifs : We were very happy. The door locking system was a little temperamental, otherwise perfect.
