Good for a small family to stay in Paris for few days.

Points positifs : The owner is friendly and helpful. The location is exceptional. Many restaurants nearby and so close to the Eiffel Tower.

Amazing

Points positifs : Very good location of the appartment! You can say it’s very safe there. Plenty of shops and bakery around. Transport stations are very close too. To Eiffel Towel it’s around 15-20 mins by walk which is amazing.

Points négatifs : Only thing that this appartment could have is having more duvets and covers for them.

Points positifs : Excelente comunicación con el propietario. Muy bien situado, muy cerca del metro y a una parada de la Torre Eiffel. Es pequeño pero acogedor y limpio

Buen sitio y buena ubicación

Points positifs : Un sitio con todo lo justo para pasar un par de días en Paris, cómodo y limpio. Tenía todos los implementos para la limpieza e higiene. Y la ubicación es perfecta, tiene una estación de metro muy cerca y locales de comida a muy buen precio

Points négatifs : Aunque no es muy importante para mí, pero el tener a/c habría mejorado la estancia

Points positifs : Great location, just 10, 15 minutes walk away from the eiffel tower which was really great. The host was pretty friendly too and I was quite satisfied with the room for the price. I would recommend it for a sole traveler or two people. It’s practically right in front of line 6 so I found that super convenient to get around the city. I’d say the room is quite cozy too. It’s an apartment so it kinda gives off college student vibes and that was actually nice for me.

Points négatifs : The host wasn’t really good at english so I had to use a translator and text it to communicate. They really need a better frying pan. I would definitely throw that away if it were mine. Also, the bed was squeaky and I could hear other rooms.

Loved it!

Points positifs : This apartment is in a sweet neighborhood within walking distance to the Eiffel tower, (but far enough away that you aren't surrounded by tourists) there is a farmers' market on Sunday, the Metro is only a block away, lots of bakeries and shops close by. The owner came by early to let us drop our baggage, Friendly neighbors and shop keepers, I wish I could have stayed longer!
