A good apartment for couple

Points positifs : Nice location on a quiet street. The key had to be picked up in four minutes by walk from the apartment. The owner was always in touch, helped with the choice of parking. Finding the apartment was not very easy, but after calling the specified number, it became possible. The renovation in the apartment is good, everything was fine and clean.

Points négatifs : The apartment is quite small for a family of four. The bedroom is upstairs, with a low ceiling, but the kids enjoyed sleeping and playing there. From both hot and cold water taps in the kitchen was running very hot water — so we often used the sink in the bathroom, it is nearby. The hallway of the house is being renovated, which negatively affects the first impression.

Points positifs : Nicely decorated and well equipped. Compact, clean, great hot water. Handy to Marais eateries and shops but in a quiet location

Points négatifs : Very small space but well planned. Upstairs bedroom rather claustrophobic. Apartment can really only accommodate 2 adults. Washing machine a mystery. Didn’t seem to rinse well or spin dry. No instructions for use. No info about nearby eateries etc

Very good option for a city break with a very good location

Points positifs : The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. It’s very well located with metro station close to it and lots of bars and restaurants around it. It has everything you need for a short stay. Bed is good and also the sofa was comfortable. Nespresso machine was very appreciated.

Points négatifs : The stairs to the flat are not the best looking

Points positifs : Excellent location with fantastic cafes and galleries on the street. Environment was clean and practical with beautiful big windows to open up to the street. Perfect for a couple looking for a central spot with lots of charm

Points positifs : Very central location; cozy and comfortable beds; very attentive property owner who answered questions quickly and provided thorough instructions on accessing the apartment.

Points négatifs : We really loved it. With 2 adults and 2 teenagers and several luggage pieces, there was not a lot of room to manoeuvre in the space. But its doable and we managed.

Apartamento encantador y céntrico!

Points positifs : Muy céntrico para visitar París en corta estancia. El apartamento era tal cual aparecía en la foto. La cocina muy bien equipada. La cama en el segundo piso fue genial para nuestros niños. Nos dejaron hasta una cajita de bienvenida que nos pareció un lindo detalle. Nuestra anfitriona siempre estuvo pendiente de si necesitábamos algo. Sin duda regresaríamos.

Points positifs : Het lag op een mooie plek. Leuk stuk centrum van Parijs, en ook heel goed aan te rijden op fietsen of een auto naar de bezienswaardigheden die je in Parijs “moet” zien! De accommodatie was erg schoon en een prettige ruimte om te zijn! Het bed boven was gezellig knus, en de slaapbank sliep ook erg goed!

Points négatifs : Sul citofono non c'era nessuna indicazione della casa, né sulla porta d'ingresso. È stato difficile capire quale porta aprire.
