Points positifs : L'emplacement, très calme, dans une cour intérieure, du très bon et beau quartier du 18ème arrondissement de Paris, entre la mairie et le boulevard Marcadet, à deux pas de Montmarte et Barbes. La décoration, très péruvienne, et le nécessaire dans la cuisine : possibilité de vraiment cuisiner
Points négatifs : Je rejoins ma compagne : l'électricité au niveau de la salle de bains pourrait donner envie de chanter du Claude François

Great for a couple and vacation stay
Points positifs : Great location, just around is a metro stop and bus stop. Very cozy apartment, all kitchen appliances provided and working. Very atmospheric, easy access, possibility to leave luggage earlier. I can honestly recommend, great choice.
Points négatifs : Quite cold in the apartment at first (beginning of October) but the heater was working well, so it wasn't a problem for long. Only one towel. Lack of dish soap. No wardrobe or anything to put clothes in or hang them, but hangers are laying in the bathroom.

Absolute value for money, would recommend for 1-2 people to live comfortably!
Points positifs : Exactly as per the pictures. Very nicely equipped studio with cutlery, towels, toilet paper, garbage bags - anything you’d need to keep the home functional and tidy. Very comfortable studio to live in with a nicely spaced kitchen. Lovely experience as a solo traveller.
Points négatifs : The washing machine didn’t work, that was a little inconvenient. The shower and sink is a bit cramped, so can be a little tricky to move around.

Points positifs : Close to Metro only 4min walk. Taxis around the corner if needed. Good safe environment. Quiet and relaxing after a day of walking and exploring. Good internet connection.
Points négatifs : Was disappointed washing machine not working as for 9 days it was 1 of the main reasons we chose the apartment. Wasn't the end of the world though. A tea towel would have been great. Other than that it was adequate for what we needed warm and comfortable.

Points positifs : Very silent apartment. Spacy room. High cealing. Exellent position/location close to Metro and Montmartre, lots of shops close by, secure neighborhood also late at night

Studio bem aconchegante!
Points positifs : Adorei o espaço! A localização é ótima...perto do metrô que leva a todo canto de Paris. As redondezas excelentes: restaurantes, supermercado, farmácia, e destaque para a boulangerie da esquina Le Parissan, uma delícia! A acomodação super me atendeu, a cama é muito confortável, o ambiente espaçoso, cozinha equipada o suficiente para mim. Sala de banho e toalete ok.
Points négatifs : O código de entrada não funcionou e fui salva por um vizinho que me deixou entrar com ele. Além disso o estúdio não havia sido limpado, pediram para entrar somente depois das 16:30 e quando cheguei ainda estava sujo. Mas a proprietária atendeu minha ligação e logo resolveu o problema. Achei difícil tomar banho, o chuveiro precisa de um suporte. De resto, nota 10!

Estancia en Montmartre
Points positifs : Cama cómoda, apartamento y ubicación tranquila, sitios cercanos para comprar según la necesidad.
Points négatifs : Hubo una falla en las indicaciones iniciales, de 3 teléfonos sólo contestaron en uno para validar estas indicaciones. Después de la primera llamada no hubo ningún tipo de respuesta a mis comentarios. Habían cambiado la persona del aseo y no estaba del todo listo el apartamento.

Points positifs : El studio es super cómodoy se presta para llegar a diferentes lugares icónicos. Se descansa muy bien y es muy tranquilo. Fue la mejor elección que tuve. Es muy recomendable 💗
