Spacious bright apartment in Montmartre Paris

Points positifs : Lovely apartment in Montmartre, perfect for a family of four. Well-equipped, clean, and cozy – even though the kitchen and bathroom are small, everything was very comfortable. The host was warm and caring, which made us feel safe and welcome. Good location with a bakery nearby and easy access to restaurants. Highly recommended!

Points positifs : The apartment was exactly as advertised, everything was great. The kitchen is small, but sufficient for preparing breakfast, and there are plenty of great restaurants in the area for other meals.

Points positifs : We had a great stay in Paris, the flat had everything we needed and was super comfortable. We loved staying away from the touristy centre, the vibrant neighbourhood full of cafes and restaurants, popping out for fresh pastries in the morning and being right in the heart of the local community. Not to mention the Sacre Coeur is only a 15 min walk away! The flat is conveniently located very close to the tube, line 4 is a godsend as we found we could quickly get everywhere we wanted to. Communication with Mat was excellent, he sent us all the information we needed in advance and have to mention Mat’s lovely Mum who met us on arrival and helped us settle in. Only wish we could have stayed longer, thank you Mat!

Great location, nice apartment.

Points positifs : We really liked the apartment. If you close the blinds at night, you can hardly hear the street noise. The apartment has a great location, close to two metro lines, a few minutes from Montmartre. The bathroom may be small, but we only needed it in the morning and evening anyway, and we had a lot of fun moments in the bathroom with our kids (16 years old) :). We were returning late at night and felt safe. If we go to Paris again, we will be happy to stay here again.

We had a great stay!

Points positifs : Checkin was well organized and very smooth. Everything is exactly as advertised and indeed surprisingly spacious (by Paris standards). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just steps away from two subway lines and several buses. Also Sacre-Coeur ist just a short walk. We would definitely go back.

Points négatifs : Kitchen and bathroom are a bit on the small side. It worked okay for us (even though we were are party of four), but not the place for some serious cooking.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood full of shops, bakeries, restaurants and close to metro

Points positifs : Great apartment within walking distance of Sacré-Cœur. The neighborhood is full of shops, bakeries, cafés, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to other parts of Paris via metro lines 4 and 12, as well as Gare du Nord for convenient connections to CDG Airport. The flat is very comfortable—while the kitchen is a bit small and on the older side, it’s fully equipped and perfectly fine for cooking for a family of four. Excellent value for money. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so carrying large suitcases or climbing the stairs might be challenging for some. Otherwise, it’s a solid 6 out of 5!

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, ma con bagno molto piccolo

Points positifs : L'appartamento si trova in un bell'edificio, pur essendo al terzo piano la scala è comoda. Soggiorno e camera da letto sono grandi, oltre le misure standard di Parigi. In camera, armadio capiente. La cucina è piccola, ma attrezzata.

Points négatifs : Bagno finestrato ma piccolissimo, in particolare il lavandino. Un vero peccato, perchè per il resto tutto è spazioso, Comunque la doccia è presente, e sufficientemente comoda

Bestens ausgestattetes Appartement

Points positifs : Für Montmartre Liebhaber der perfekte Wohnort. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell am Sacré Coeur. Auch sind 2 Metrolinien bestens zu erreichen. Zu 4. haben wir hier als Familie genächtigt. Sehr charmante Einweisung. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder.
