Merveil Luxury Suite Royale II - Saint Honore view

Idéal pour des amoureux, côté nid sous les toits mais très exigu pour 2 couples.

Points positifs : L’emplacement, le charme des lieux, la décoration , la très jolie vue sur La Madeleine.

Points négatifs : Trop exigu pour 4 adultes. 1 seule salle de bain. Pas d’accès ascenseur au 6 eme compliqué avec des valises. Le deuxième couple est parti à l’hôtel.

Worth the money for the location alone

Points positifs : We had a fantastic stay at Merveil Luxury Suite Royale II – Saint Honore View. The location was perfect, close to everything, and made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The interior was modern and beautifully designed, with a great TV setup for relaxing in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable, and even the pull-out sofa offered a reliable and pleasant sleep. Overall, a wonderful experience—we would happily stay here again.

Points négatifs : One improvement we would suggest is adding bedside lamps or small ambient lights, as the apartment had only bright ceiling lights and natural light from the large window and skylights, leaving no softer lighting options for mornings or evenings.

Points positifs : Great location, apartment has a small lift which was great for bags etc

Points négatifs : Sofa bed wasn't made up and no extra linens or blankets provided. Stairs are very steep, not an issue for us but definitely a consideration for kids and elderly.

Crazy price for the center of Parisn

Points positifs : Extremely reasonably priced for one of the most expensive places in Paris! It is actually a huge apartment compared to the others you’d find on booking or anywhere online. It is very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen, including spices and free coffee

Wonderful! Wish I could go back--or own my own little place in Paris

Points positifs : Loved the location! Super cool. Especially at Christmas time when the streets were decorated beautifully and the apartment was right next to the big Christmas Market in the Jardin de Tuileries. Loved that the hosts were so accommodating with having children (high chair and crib available). And I loved that they let me have an extra friend come for the Christmas holiday for 3/5 nights--that was part of the reason I booked the place because I knew all my 3 little kids would fit in one room and she could have the living room couch bed. Internet was also super easy to connect to and ran amazingly well.

Points négatifs : They offered extra towels but it was 50 euros. Or they offered Christmas decor but it would have been almost 500 euros. I was super worried on the day I left that the cleaning maintenance would kick me out or charge me an extra day even though we were leaving at the same time they were arriving. That part was a bit stressful but nothing happened and I'm very satisfied with my trip to Paris! Maybe it would be a good idea to fill the kitchen with a few more items (oil, salt, seasonings--things you don't want to grocery shop for but will need to cook).

Heerlijk verblijf in prachtige omgeving

Points positifs : Was heerlijk alleen een beetje fris. Was niet duidelijk hoe verwarming werkte. Locatie is top en bedden ook!

Points positifs : El contacto fue bueno, aunque después de pagar el deposito se ausentaron. El departamento esta precioso y muy bien ubicado. Dejaron algunas cortesías aunque por el precio no esperaba menos

Points négatifs : Cobran depósito aunque en relación al precio es accesible. Ponen muchas restricciones, difícil cuando llevas niños. No hubo apoyo ni mayor contacto de ellos a pesar de que les pedí algunos consejos

Points positifs : Localização maravilhosa! Muito central e com fácil acesso aos meios de transporte públicos.
