Points positifs : The host, Hacene was super friendly and helpful. He thoroughly explained everything perfectly, making the check-in very smooth. The location of the restaurant is just perfect. Many restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Metro just right in front of the door and Eiffel Tower is literally just around the block. You have everything you need a the apartment, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and different types of coffee machines. The apartment temperature was perfect, with working heater and the elevator is a bonus.

Points négatifs : a little hard to access the flat first time. no one from host present, only sms. I also got instructions to “wait for any resident to come and open the second door and then sneak in behind them, this was unusual. odd system.

Points positifs : Gostamos da recepção e atenção da Deborah - com quem a comunicação foi ótima! Amamos a localização do apto, a limpeza, conforto, tem elevador, chuveiro ótimo, cama boa, cozinha funcional, aquecimento nota 10, supermercados e boulangeries muito próximos, várias opções de restaurantes também próximos, estação do metrô em frente ao apto, próximo da torre Eiffel. Enfim foi maravilhosa nossa estadia no apto!! Voltaremos, com certeza!!
Points négatifs : Gostamos de tudo! Voltaremos, com certeza. A primeira foto é da sala/cozinha e a segunda é a vista do quarto do casal. Tentei colocar mais fotos mas não consegui...

Points positifs : В квартире есть все необходимое. Встретили семьей Новый год, все было удобно. Прекрасное расположение, до Эйфелевой башни 15 минут пешком. В шаговой доступности Ашан и другие магазины. Удобные кровати. Было тихо, никто не мешал. В квартире было тепло, что в Европе редкость.
Points négatifs : Нужно отремонтировать двери душевой кабины.

Bella casa
Points positifs : La casa si trova proprio di fronte alla fermata della metro e questo la rende comodissima per spostarsi; eravamo in 4 e la casa ha tutti i confort per poter passare la vostra vacanza a Parigi in serenità. Oltretutto si trova in una zona piena di servizi, a due passi da Rue de Commerce e 15 minuti a piedi da Champ de Mars

Einfach und zentral, klein für 4 Personen - aber ausreichend.
Points positifs : Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, hat wenig Ablage- und Verstau-Möglichkeiten. Alles ausreichend wenn man keinen hohen Komfort braucht (durchgelegene Couch, Bettlaken und -bezüge ohne Verschluss die nachts irgendwo hin wandern, offener Stromkasten etc.). Der günstige Preis - bei dieser Lage - macht alles wett. Auch wir hatten das Problem mit dem verstopften Waschbecken im Badezimmer. Allerdings haben wir gleich am ersten Tag unserer Ansprechpartnerin Deb eine kurze Nachricht geschickt, solange das Waschbecken in der Küche benutzt und 36 Stunden später war der Handwerker da und hat das Problem im Badezimmer gelöst. Gastronomie und Supermärkte sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen und die Metrostation sowieso.
Points négatifs : Wir sind mit Anleitung des Fernsehers nicht zurecht gekommen, haben unser Tablet dann im WLAN genutzt. Ein neuer Smart-Fernseher, ohne seltsame extra Kästchen, würde mit wenig Aufwand jedem ermöglichen auch in seiner Sprache online fernzusehen. Die schweren blickdichten Vorhänge stauen die Feuchtigkeit vor den Fenstern und deshalb löst sich um die Fenster herum überall die Wand auf. An manchen Stellen sieht es schon nach Schimmel aus. Bei uns waren die Temperaturen gut (Herbst), wir haben einfach ab der zweiten Nacht die Fenster gekippt und dadurch waren wir das Wasser auf den Scheiben wieder los.
