Lovely parisien apartment (opera 3)

Fantastic location!

Points positifs : Location was fantastic, we would stay again as it was central and felt very safe. Easy access to building and apartment. Good heating.

Points négatifs : The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The flat bed sheet did not fit the bed and so it was untucked each morning with the mattress showing. The shower was tiny but had good hot water. Overall the bed needs a good mattress topper, fitted sheet and new pillows.

Points positifs : It was a nice clean apartment conveniently located. Towels were generous and good quality. Lovely safe area, lots of good restaurants on the street. Plenty of local public transport.

Points négatifs : It was noisy from the street at night. Another tea towel would help keep the kitchen area clean.

Points positifs : Close location to cafes, restaurant and Metros Room was warm . One heater was not working.2nd unit was OK that gave the warmth to the room Room was very clean and very good shower bedroom slippers and soap and shampoo were provided We stayed in the same room on 2 different visits as we like the place so much.

Points négatifs : One window cannot open.luckily the other window can.

If I travel to Paris , I’ll be there again

Points positifs : Very good location and lovely staff. They help for everything . I highly recommend.

Il top appartamento di tutta Parigi

Points positifs : La struttura ha un eccellente posizione. Sia in termini di zona molto sicura e pulita, sia per la comodità di prendere i mezzi. All'interno dell'appartamento c'è tutto l'occorrente. Abbiamo usufruito anche della lavatrice che fa anche da asciugatrice. Il bagno piccolo ma molto comodo e accogliente, acqua calda immediata e regolare. Ogni volta che entravamo in appartamento ci accoglieva un buon profumo di pulito. Vista molto bella sui palazzi. Riscaldamento e raffrescamento effcienti e funzionanti. I proprietari sempre disponibili per qualsiasi problema e domanda. La zona è ben fornita di posti buonissimi dove mangiare orientale e anche piatti tipici a una disganza di 10 minuti a piedi.

Points négatifs : Sarebbe un pochino da fare più attenzione ad alcuni particolari della pulizia del pavimento... Ma nulla di terribile e irrimediabile

Points positifs : Ótima localização, com metro a uns 3 minutos caminhando. Apartamento limpo e aconchegante, pequeno, mas bem organizado, com tudo que precisa. Água quente, aquecedor e ar condicionado. Prédio com elevador. Excelente opção, localização estratégica para conhecer os pontos turísticos. Comércio próximo, restaurantes, supermercados (monoprix e carrefour), local seguro, bairro ótimo e o anfitrião é excelente, sempre respondendo a tudo muito rápido, solicito e extremamente educado.

総合的に良かったです！！オーナーもすぐ返事してくれますので問題はすぐ解決でした。またパリに来る事があったらまた泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました！！

Points positifs : 4日間お世話になりました。最初建物はGoogle Earthで調べていて1階にはNOIRというカフェがある事、建物の入り口は青いドアと知っていたのでスムーズに見つける事が出来ました。 暗証番号を入れてすぐ入れるか心配でしたが、暗証番号を押すだけですぐ入れエレベーターも横にすぐあり重いスーツケースでしたが安易に3階に上がれました。 次にお部屋の鍵ですが、ドアの横にケースがあり暗証番号を入れて両端のボタンを同時に押すと開ける事が出来ました。 ヨーロッパの鍵の開け方は特殊で、2回まわす必要があります。そして更にもう一度回しながら開けなければいけません。ほぼ2回半回すという事。コメントで1時間かかったと書かれていた方がいたのでここに開け方を書いておきます。 入室して清潔で安心しました。トイレもキレイでトイレットペーパーも４つありました。 キッチン＆冷蔵庫もありコーヒーマシンとカプセルもたくさん置いてくれていて毎日美味しいコーヒーを飲めました。わざわざ日本から持って行ってたので早く知っていたかったです。 タオルシャンプーも用意してくれていたので使わせていただきました。 洗濯機もあって、洗剤も置いてくれていたので2回洗濯しました。 エアコンもあるので暖かかったです。使い方はオーナーに聞いてください。すぐお返事くれます。 モノプリ徒歩7分で便利でした。場所的にはかなり便利な場所です。

Points négatifs : 良くないというか注意です。換気しようと窓を開けたら閉まらなくなり、半開きになってしまうため夜中開けっぱなしになって寒くて残念でした。結局2日目にオーナーにお願いして閉めに来てもらいました。ベッド側の窓は絶対開けないでください。クローゼット側のドアは大丈夫なので換気はそちらで！！ それから建物の外に出る時はドアを押しても開かないので後ろの壁のSortieというボタンを押さないとドアは開きません。

Alojamiento perfecto y cómodo para unos días en París

Points positifs : Apartamento muy recomendable, luminoso y acogedor. Es pequeñito pero suficientemente cómodo para dos personas con su equipaje bien organizado. Dispone de todo lo necesario: armario empotrado con buen número de perchas, una pequeña mesa con dos sillas ideal para desayunar, cafetera (nos dejaron cápsulas de cortesía), menaje de cocina, secador de pelo... La cama me pareció muy cómoda y de buena calidad, además te dejan dos tipos de almohadas para cada persona. Fuimos en diciembre durante unos días fríos y el apartamento se mantuvo a buena temperatura en todo momento, la calefacción funcionaba muy bien. La ubicación es excelente y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida en todo momento. El hecho de que tuviera ascensor es un plus. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento y repetiría de nuevo sin problema.

Points négatifs : Estuvo todo muy bien. Únicamente, aunque la limpieza en general era buena, se notaba que la escoba no había llegado a todas las esquinas... pero nada demasiado importante.

電梯以及足夠的空間很加分 床很好躺 離地鐵站很近 樓下有咖啡廳轉角有超市 只能說非常便利 房東人也很好

Points positifs : 有電梯真的太方便了！房間跟照片一樣可愛 非常喜歡陽台 地理位置很好 空間兩個人剛剛好 行李箱都可以打開的程度 樓下有一家超好吃的中國菜 我需要要提早入住房東也同意

Points négatifs : 隔音沒有到完美畢竟是在三樓 樓下大馬路都有人來來去去但是窗戶關起來我們都睡得很好 只是窗戶關久了會有一點悶悶的 但我們十一月的氣溫來說完全不造成太大影響 下次還會想去住
