Très bon séjour !

Points positifs : appartement propre et très calme, literie confortable. bonne situation, c'est parfait !

Points négatifs : La boite à clé est très compliquée à manipuler à l'intérieur d'une boite aux lettres. Les messages de l'hôte sont dans un français étonnant, à la limite du compréhensible, ne serait-ce pas un ordinateur qui génère les messages ? mais j'avais néanmoins toutes les infos nécessaires !

Points positifs : La disponibilité par SMS du propriétaire. Logement spacieux et fonctionnel Rapport qualité prix au top Je garde dans mes contacts pour une prochaine fois.

🥰Very Comfortable and clean

Points positifs : Very near for IDL supermarket and Boulangerie. Nice price and options. Near to Pere Lachaise station. Nice kitchen. 😍Property was open to negotiate early check-in if it available what make things very comfortable for us. We thank it so much. We had a very nice experience. We also had access to clothes washer and a dryer

Points négatifs : There is only one bathroom and it was inside the bedroom. So it was not so comfortable for 2 couples. As everybody needs to enter the bedroom to go bathroom at nights. But I think it very suitable for single and children

Nice and cozy apartment in a good position :)

Points positifs : The apartment is nice and spacious, also the position is very good and close to Paris’ main attractions. If you like to walk you can easily skip the buses and subway!

Points négatifs : Everything was cool, the only thing that can give you some issues is the restaurant close to the apartment that in the weekend is open till late hours and is a bit noisy, but for us it wasn’t an issue

Points positifs : Nice location, truly Parisian neighborhood, wine bars around, a lot of cafes, shops, take to goes. Despite the central location, still quiet.

Points négatifs : A little disturbance about the kid passing the bedroom in the night to the bathroom. Everything else was fine.

Great location, good value for your money

Points positifs : The location was great (the building lies on a street with full of restaurants, bakeries, cafés etc.), and several metro lines operate in the area; you can reach them with just a few minutes' walk. It was quite easy to get the keys to the apartment following the hosts' instructions. The apartment is on the ground floor (first floor for US readers), but it's quite bright. It was recently refurbished, and apart from a few items, everything looked new.

Points négatifs : If someone is oversensitive to noises, the fact that the garbage bins are near to the apartment and the entrance to one of the staircases is next door, might be a bit of an issue. But it's just a minor inconvenience. Another issue might be that at the time of our stay, there was a certain smell in the apartment, but that might be only a temporary issue. It was nothing serious, we didn't even mention it to the hosts

Points positifs : Konkretne, przydatne wskazówki od gospodarza. Apartament przestronny. Bardzo blisko metra, kawiarni, łatwy dostęp do atrakcji.

Points positifs : Posizione eccellente, appartamento fornito di tutti i confort, riscaldamento ottimo.

Points positifs : Zona tranquilla e quartiere ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.

Points négatifs : Il divano letto era un po’ scomodo.

Appartamento a Parigi

Points positifs : Ottima posizione. Bagno nuovo e con doccia grande. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Ottima comunicazione con l’host attraverso la messaggistica.

Points négatifs : Materasso del divano letto non molto comodo.
