A nicely decorated appartment that is a good option for families in area relatively close to Marais

Points positifs : We really liked this appartment, which is a good option for families who are looking for up to 3 bedrooms. The apaprtment is confortable and well equipped, and the host was very responsive at all times. We loved the design, and we found the location good, although not central to any of the main spots in Paris.

Points négatifs : The only thing to flag is that the apartment is in a courtyard, using the space that was previously used probaly as a storage or a business. The apartment is greatlly decoarted and very comfortable, but we can see that some people may find the bedrooms a little bit noisy, in particular since you can hear the water coming from the top floors through the drains. For us this was an issue (we always travel with earplugs) but we can see that some travellers may find it an issue. With regards to location, we thought it was closer to Marais. It is walking distance, but you have to add a good 15-20 min to get there by foot. There are public transportation options though.

Stunning!

Points positifs : Very luxurious apartment tastefully renovated! Centralized air conditioning, plenty of storage space, very quiet and bright. Very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Alexis was very responsive and friendly.
