Points positifs : C'était propre, spacieux, lumineux, très très bien situé ont tombent direct sur champs-Elysées et c'est une belle résidence très paisible, la décoration parfaite, c'est vraiment géniale, nous étions 3 adultes et 7 enfants de 16 à 4 ans il n'y a pas eu d'encombrement et surtout très sécurisant.

Points négatifs : L'emplacement très bien situé, la résidence très sécurisant et très paisible malgré l'ambiance aux alentours..

Très agréable nous gardons l’adresse pour nos prochains séjours

Points positifs : L’emplacement , le rapport qualité prix , la propreté , la literie , l’espace . L’appartement est vraiment top

Points négatifs : Il y avait des travaux dans la cour de l’immeuble c’était très bruyant . Le bruit en général ce n’est pas très isolé

Points positifs : Emplacement parfait, appartement spacieux et agréable

Points négatifs : Fuite d’eau dans la petite salle de bain, odeur d égouts dans les salles de bain et parquet qui grince.

Points positifs : Grand appartement Proche des champs eleysees Propre Confortable

Points négatifs : Bruit du metro Le parquet dans l’appartement qui donne beaucoup de bruit en marchant dessus surtout la nuit

Points positifs : It’s truly a dream Parisian residence gorgeous and charming! Ideally located just a block from the shopping district, with the train station right at the doorstep. I adore every detail.

Points négatifs : Only one toilet was in good working condition, but we managed for 4 days. The kitchen utensils were limited, yet we made do. This is simply feedback because the house and room were very comfortable.

Points positifs : Easiness to check in/out. Fast communication with host. All that is needed in comfortable place, spacious and well located.

Points négatifs : Some maintainance needed in bathrooms and living room.

A lovely stay beautiful apartment, fantastic location

Points positifs : The location was perfect, access to the metro lines, as soon as you leave the accommodation there are plenty of restaurants, places to eat shops etc.the host responds quickly to any queries. I regularly travel and this host was exceptional excellent customer service skills. Loved it

Points négatifs : Honestly I could not fault the accommodation a lovely size for our group there was 11 of us.

Points positifs : El trato recibido de parte del personal que fue todo por teléfono pero fue muy amable y cordial a parte que el departamento es una pasada, cómodo y muy confortable, la ubicación es perfecta a su alrededor tienes todos los servicios de transporte, supermercados, restaurantes vamos inmejorables condiciones, toda la familia muy a gusto volveremos sin ninguna duda

Bellissimo appartamento, come in foto, comodo alla metro e in posizione top.

Points positifs : Appartamento molto bello e luminoso, ben arredato, ben accessoriato. Camere molto grandi e curate. Zona giorno e pranzo molto confortevole e spaziosa. 3 bagni di cui 1 senza wc e uno senza doccia. Location fantastica, in un bellissimo palazzo, molto comodo alla metro.

Points négatifs : Il ritiro delle chiavi non è vicinissimo e non è banale. Avevo letto questa criticità nelle recensioni e confermo. La cosa più negativa è la disponibilità di 1 unico mazzo di chiavi: un appartamento con 12 posti letto è affittato da famiglie numerose o da gruppi di amici ed è inaccettabile. Chiedendo mi hanno risposto di andare a metterle nella cassetta dove si ritirano/riconsegnano le chiavi che però è scomodo e a circa 8 minuti dall'appartamento, dalla parte opposta della metro. La scala di accesso è strettissima e ripida: una persona anziana con valigia fa fatica. I pavimenti galleggianti sono molto rumorosi: di notte se uno si alza sveglia chi ha il sonno leggero.
