Bien mais perfectible dans les petits équipements.
Points positifs : Le logement est idéalement placé : des commerces, restaurants et les Champs-Elysées. Le propriétaire très sympathique et réactif. Le canapé lit confortable et tout était très propre. La salle de bains est très fonctionnelle et il y a une machine à laver. Le ventilateur a été apprécié.
Points négatifs : Malheureusement il manque de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine (dont une passoire !), pas de savon dans la salle de bain, pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle et pas de torchon. Très pénible.

Points positifs : L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec un accès facile aux transports en commun. L’emplacement est parfait pour explorer la ville. De plus, tout est très propre et bien entretenu. Le propriétaire est très aimable et attentionné. Je recommande vivement !
Points négatifs : Le seul petit inconvénient est que chaque personne n’a qu’une seule grande serviette de bain. Ce serait encore mieux s’il y en avait une supplémentaire par personne.

Very lovely flat, I will be keeping it in mind to recommend to others who might be visiting Paris.
Points positifs : such a lovely stay! The host was so helpful and replied promptly when I messaged to ask about getting into the property, we checked in at around 5pm and they messaged me a few hours before with the door code/location of the keys so that we were able to get in easily. Location of the property is absolutely amazing, especially for the price! It is just around the corner from a metro station and right off the Champs de Elysee, absolutely perfect. Most of the tourist-y things that we wanted to do were within twenty minutes of the property by metro, though we walked mostly because it was such good weather! There is wifi at this property and a nice shower, and the host left towels on the bed for us to use during our stay. We also found that there were enough kitchen utensils in the cupboard - including chopping boards, a knife, a bottle opener and a couple of glasses. We ate out during our trip, so did not use the oven and did not check whether there was cutlery!
Points négatifs : The part that holds up the shower head did not really work, so the shower head did not stay up, but this was not a big deal for us and we just held it up to use it.

Points positifs : I am very pleased, I recommend!!!Location- excellent!!! right in the center, there are many cafes, restaurants, shops around, but it's quiet, good value, everything you need is in the apartment

Excelente para unos 4/5 dias en Paris
Points positifs : La ubicación, excelente a cuadras de la mejor avenida y del arco del triunfo. Metros a solo 2 cuadras. Mucha oferta de bares, restaurantes, supermercados.
Points négatifs : Poca vajilla. No hay cuchillos chicos, no hay tazas, los vasos son de plástico.

Points positifs : La posizione è perfetta, praticamente sugli champs-élysées è vicinissima alla linea 1 della metro. La/il proprietaria/o davvero molto disponibile, risposte celeri e risolutive. Se dovessi ritornare a Parigi, sicuramente considererei di ritornare in questa struttura.
Points négatifs : La pulizia da migliorare, il tappeto all’ingresso è abbastanza sporco. La ragazza delle pulizie non è stata molto cortese, forse per problemi di comunicazione, non ci ha dato indicazioni corrette sul piano, diciamo che ci siamo arrivate per logica avendo letto le recensioni precedenti, ma nulla di irrisolvibile. Le scale fanno un po’ paura, ma ci si abitua subito.
