Super appart

Points positifs : Quasiment tout. L'appart est bien situé et au rez-de-chaussée. L'appart ne manque de rien, est grand et chaleureux. La gérante est très sympa et fait du bon travail. Le contact se fait bien. Le tarif n'est pas exagéré.

Points négatifs : Le frigo est trop petit, un seul WC/sdb

Points positifs : Appartement spacieux, et confortable, idéalement situé, dans une rue au calme. Accueil parfait, très chaleureux, à l écoute.

Points négatifs : Seuls bémols, appartement relativement en manque de luminosité et Baignoire un peu vieillissante

Points positifs : l emplacement très calme et à proximité d un métro dans le quartier proche du parc monceau mais également la propreté des lieux et les 2 chambres distinctes

Points négatifs : Le manque d aération avec des odeurs d humidité bien que compensée par des humidificateurs installés dans la chambre en sous sol

A wonderful and cosy place!

Points positifs : A spacious, stylish and super clean apartment. A great location - a number of places where to eat around, the metro station is a couple minutes away. The owner is brilliant, he was very kind to allow us to leave luggage before checking in, so we could start enjoying Paris earlier. He was also ready to assist whenever we needed. We really felt like we were visiting our French uncle. Thank you very much, Edgar and the Team!

Points négatifs : You can hear the noise from the street and entrance hall. So, if you are a late sleeper, better use earplugs.

Excellent accommodation for family with kids

Points positifs : Very clean, very nice neighbourhood, very quite, best accommodation I have ever stayed in Paris.

Points négatifs : Nothing. All is perfect

Points positifs : Overall beautiful, clean flat (no bed bugs ;D) in beautiful street and building, good area with cafés around the corner and metro station (villiers) nearby; stayed in a group of 5 people which worked pretty fine, however if you are not very close friends I would recommend max 4 people :)

Points négatifs : Room on groundfloor quite noisy, however since the street in general was quite quiet, this did not pose a bigger problem - still earplugs recommended for those with a light sleep :)

Points positifs : The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Location was great as well. If we travel back to Paris, will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place with beautiful people!

Points positifs : This apartment was very comfortable. The basement room was excellent during the heat wave. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great location, walking to the arc and eiffle Tower is absolutely possible. Also, lots of facilities are nearby, including the shopping centre at the bus station.

Points négatifs : The only negative thing was the neighbours above, they were quite noisy, you could hear every footstep. But you can't choose your neighbours.

Clean, Comfortable, great location-Will come back.

Points positifs : No Breakfast. The apartment was clean, easily accessible, comfortable and in a great location. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends

Points négatifs : While the apartment had ample toilet paper, I would have also liked a roll of paper towels for the kitchen. However, the apartment did have kitchen towels for cleanup.
