Points positifs : the apartment is in a good location and has everything you need. The apartment itself needs refreshing and updating some things but in general they have everything you need for your stay.

Points négatifs : Need some refreshments to be done as the apartment has probably been rented for so long

Acogedor y muy bien situado

Points positifs : El apartamento es pequeño pero acogedor y limpio. Muy bien situado en barrio residencial, céntrico y con supermercado cerca.

Points négatifs : Lo único que no funcionaba bien fue el termo que de vez en cuando dejaba de calentar agua.

Points positifs : Apartamento agradable, cómodo para ir en familia, ubicación cercana a dos estaciones del metro

Points négatifs : No sé podían abrir las ventanas y eso lo hace sentir algo encerrado. La limpieza podría ser mejor.

bonito, bien ubicado, tranquilo, para descansar del dia ajetreado de un paseo.

Points positifs : Buena ubicación, cómodo, Bonita decoración, plancha, buen sofá cama, el comedor un poco incomodo para 6, cerca del metro, en una buena zona, agradable y tranquila, casi de negocios y oficinas, hay dos mini super cerca muy útiles.

Points négatifs : No recuerdo que dijera que tenia que hacer un deposito de 600 € entonces cuando me lo pidieron me sorprendió y descontroló mi presupuesto, Es importante avisar a los huéspedes de este requisito previamente. La ducha que difícil se sale toda el agua. No hay kit de bienvenida ni jabón, ni shampoo o galletas. Aunque nos dijo que podíamos dejar las maletas en anticipación nadie nos atendió y perdimos tiempo de una cita en un museo.

Charmante Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Points positifs : Bei dem Appartment handelt es sich um eine kleine EG-Wohnung im Hinterhof eines typisch Pariser Mehrfamilienhaus, die man gut auch mit 6 Personen (2 Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit großzügiger und komfortabler Schlafcouch) bewohnen kann. Das Appartement verfügt über alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Paris braucht. Es ist zwar nicht groß, aber gut aufgeteilt, gemütlich, sauber und ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Sehr schöne Ausgangslage zur Erkundung von Paris durch die Laufnähe zum Bahnhof Saint Lazare.

Points négatifs : Es gibt einen gewissen Renovierungsstau und Abnutzungsspuren an manchen Einrichtungsgegenständen. Keine funktionellen, sondern hauptsächlich optische Beeinträchtigungen. Lediglich die Wohnungstür lässt sich manchmal nur schwer öffnen und schließen.
