Points positifs : Lit confortable, appartement lumineux et très calme. Pas de bruit la nuit. Très propre

Points négatifs : La box ne capte pas de signal, donc pas de WiFi ni internet.

Points positifs : Nous avons énormément apprécié l'emplacement et la caché de l'appartement. L'immeuble est tres calme et l'accès facile. Les équipements sont propres et pratique. Nous avions huilé la porte des WC qui grince 😉.

Points négatifs : J'aurais adoré 2 coussins sur le canapé mais c'est vraiment un détail.

Points positifs : J'ai passé un excellent séjour ! L'endroit était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. L'hôte était sympathique et réactif. Je reviendrais sans hésiter si je repasse dans la région.

Great location for a short trip in Paris.

Points positifs : Great central location. Had everything required for a short stay.

Points négatifs : Basic but functional. Pre-arrival contact was limited.

Points positifs : Location is 7 mins from center of Pompidou. Subway lines few meters walk. Actually many attractions are walking distance. Looks Ok neighborhood with cafe around. It’s good value for money option in Paris. In the winter heating in apartment was working great, it was very important as we got frozen waking in the evening outside. Douche normally would have limited warm water in such houses in Paris, but it surprisingly supplied warm water enough for few people.

A lovely apartment in a great location in Paris

Points positifs : This apartment is in the perfect location in Le Marais. The check in process was super simple, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and was well equipped for cooking if needed. As a solo traveller, having the shower in the bedroom wasn’t a problem and there was an option to close the bedroom door if needed. Would most definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Paris.

Points négatifs : Those with mobility issues need to be aware that the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. There is a small bit of noise from the street below but this didn’t continue past around 11pm (ish).

Points positifs : The location was very central and easy to find. The flat was clean - and the host was extremely helpful & always available to help.

Points négatifs : Just note that the flat is on floor 3 - so is a lot of stairs. We knew about it, but just if you are not able to take so many stairs. And shower is in bedroom with no door - again no problem for us since it was a girls trip with my mom, but can be if you are 2 couples and want some privacy. But we cannot complain - we really had a lovely stay and felt very safe.

Perfect little apartment for a one or two night stop over in a nice area.

Points positifs : The location of the property was great, close to plenty of options for eating out, bakeries etc. Room was clean and functional with all the necessary facilities, the bed and sofa bed were super comfortable with lovely linens and pillows.

Points négatifs : The shower cubicle and separate toilet are in the bedroom which is fine if you are a couple but if more than two people it’s a bit awkward. It was good that a fan was provided as the weather was so hot but because it vibrated it kept moving along the table top. Would benefit from having a second fan too so there is one for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed as well as anyone in the bedroom.

Points positifs : La struttura è accogliente e pulita. L’arredamento è molto moderno e gli spazi sono ben ottimizzati. Inoltre sono presenti vari servizi, come la lavatrice fornita del necessario, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè ecc. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.

Points positifs : Хорошее место расположение, прекрасный хозяин, достаточная площадь для двух человек

Points négatifs : Душ очень маленький, нет лифта, третий этаж с чемоданами - тяжело, дом старый и соседи не всегда хорошие.
