Points positifs : Appartement très spacieux, propre et bien équipé dans un quartier très central, très bien fréquenté avec une station de métro à 2 minutes de marche. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement.

Good spot for Marais
Points positifs : Great location. Clean and comfortable. Sweett app made it easy to gain entry to the apartment and check in/out. Plenty of space.
Points négatifs : A bit dark, lots of lamps but very little daylight with no clear windows to see what the outside or what the weather is like. Not a massive problem. It not what I was expecting.

Family of 4. Great location.
Points positifs : Apartment was easy to find. Electronic lock was easy to use. Large place with 2 toilets, kitchen with fridge and accessories. The location was awesome. Close to metro. Restaurants everywhere. Arrived early and dropped bags at the management office near the Lourve.

Quirky, little gem
Points positifs : This property was a lovely little find. It’s very quirky, and offered just what we needed. It was clean and had plenty of equipment to make a quick meal for 4. The beds were comfy, pillows like marshmallows - so soft. We really liked the location, we had plenty to choose from for food and shops. 20 minute walk to Notre Dame.
Points négatifs : It was a very warm apartment, I had read a review already about the warmth so I requested fans ahead of going, these were brought to us and there was already some on arrival. The air con unit works however the vent to take the hot air away is not attached to an outside vent - this could work much better if there was away of getting the pipe to blow out a window or vent.

A gem in a fantastic location. Great hosts.
Points positifs : There was plenty of space and in such a great location. So close to shops, coffee bars and restaurants and so convenient for the metro. The apartment itself has a cool urban vibe and is very comfortable. I had a quick response from the hosts to my questions and they kept in touch to ensure we were happy with our accommodation.
Points négatifs : I think that the apartment is naturally dark and the hosts have done what they can with lamps and a skylight. More lights wouldn't hurt. It was dark outside the flat when returning from an evening out. Some external lighting to highlight the steps would help a lot

Ubicación y amplitud perfecta
Points positifs : La ubicación era perfecta, estas como a 15min andando del Sena y del centro. La torre Eiffel si que está un poco más lejos. Había mucho comercio por la calle del apartamento, muy buenas cafeterías y supermercados.
Points négatifs : Tiene dos baños abajo pero uno de ellos no funcionaba. Pero al tener el otro no fue problema. Lo que si pondría sería un baño más arriba, que solo había ducha y lavabo, por si a mitad de la noche necesitas ir al baño tienes que bajar las escaleras.

Stylish und authentisch, aber Luft nach oben
Points positifs : Urban Style, geräumig, perfekte Lage. Nachdem wir den Anbieter auf diverse Mängel hingewiesen hatten, gab es einen freundlichen email-Verkehr, ein Techniker wurde vorbeigeschickt und es gab einen finanzielle Entschädigung.
Points négatifs : Defizite: der Herd funktionierte nicht, was uns nicht störte, da wir nicht kochen brauchten. Wird wohl zeitnah behoben. Ein paar Birnen waren durchgebrannt, eine Steckdose tot. Luftzirkulation definitiv ein Problem, die ganze Zeit hatten wir Ventilatoren an,

Bon lloc com a base d'operacions a Paris.
Points positifs : La localització és excel·lent, a tocar del metro Arts et Métiers i ben a prop dels llocs d'interès. També del Centre Pompidou, de la Place des Vosges i del barri jueu.
Points négatifs : La ventilació, no hi ha cap finestra practicable.
