Very enjoyable apartment stay in Paris

Points positifs : It's at a superb location with easy access to shops and metro. The apartment was nicely decorated, it has a full fledged kitchen which we barely used, washing machine and air conditioners (which came in handy during the hot summer days). The beds are very comfortable too.

Points négatifs : There's not much to complain about. However, I wish there would be more drying racks for drying cloths as there is no dryer, as well as an anti-slip mat on the shower floor, as it was quite slippery.

Points positifs : Excellent location, very homely place and modern style.

Points positifs : Fantastic location - quiet apartment even though literally 2 mins walk to shops on Champs Elysees, spacious apartment, comfy beds, plenty of clean bedding and towels. Large shower with plenty of toiletries and kitchen had a cleaning kit and free bottled water on arrival. Heating worked very well. Netflix available on tv. Able to store luggage at reception (opposite Louvre) after checkout which was a bonus. Keyless was smart, easy and quick to use.

Points négatifs : Squeaky beds, tv could have been bigger, living room rug was a bit dangerous as edges had curled up. Some parts of the floorboards were spongy and had gaps. Boiler in the bedroom was noisy as came on and off intermittently throughout the night. Would have been good for one of the bedrooms to have 2 single beds rather than a double.

Points positifs : The apartment is in good condition, clean and well located.

Points négatifs : I just think they should improve the check-in instructions, for example, they didn't give the password for the building's gate, the apartment was already cleaned much earlier but we waited two hours to get in. Therefore, they must improve at this check-in stage. But in summary, I recommend it.

Comfortable and classy - wish we’d stayed here for our entire holiday in Paris!

Points positifs : Of the 4 properties we stayed at in Paris, this was the best. The property is exactly as it is advertised - bright, spacious and clean, with extra touches like great wine glasses and laundry detergent. It is close to the metro, a few stops from all the attractions, with great shopping and plenty of restaurants a few blocks away. The managing agents were very responsive and after a terrible experience with another property, we appreciated the high standards and professionalism. We just wish we’d booked this apartment from the beginning.

Points négatifs : The only thing that lets the property down is the sofa bed. It is fine as a sofa, but not comfortable as a bed.

Points positifs : موقع المكان رائع رائع رائع في وسط الشانز وقريب من كل شي مشي وكل شي حولك مطاعم قهاوي بقالات صيدلية الشقه واسعه ونظيفة واثاثها مرتب ونظيف وفيها كل المستلزمات اللي تحتاجونها للتنظيف والمناديل والمبنى امان وفيه اصنصير والشقة فيها غرفتين نوم وصاله ودورة مياه وحده

Points positifs : المكان صراحة جميل جدا والموقع اجمل ، وامان ما احد يدخل إلا اللي ساكن فقط ، وبصراحة السعر مقارنة بالفنادق في نفس الموقع يعتبر ممتاز ، اللي يبغى ياخذها وخاصه عائلة لا يتردد

I will definitely stay in this apartment again probably in October or November.

Points positifs : I like the apartment's location. It is just next corner from Champs-Elysees. There are two (2) near groceries in the apartment and 2 Chinese restaurants with a lot of food to choose from. The place is also very secured and safe. They have a nice bathroom. They also have a nice kitchen with complete facilities. They also have television with good internet connection.

Points négatifs : The place has no built-in air-conditioner. They have two (2) portables units without any instruction on how to use. These units blows hot air at the back. The problem is that there was a written instruction on the windows not to open. So when you turn on the unit, it makes the room even hotter. I sent a message to the host regarding the problem but I got no response for that problem. This forced me to open the windows to allow the hot air to be blown out of the room. Thaty basically solved the problem.

Points positifs : Muy buena las instalaciones, cómodo y buena ubicación. Se nos quedaron un par de zapatos y lo enviaron a otro Hotel que nos quedamos posteriormente. Buena experiencia

Points négatifs : Si llegas antes del checkin, lejos la custodia de maletas, si quieren dejarlas previamente.
