Points positifs : un grand et bel appartement, très bien situé, donnant sur une arrière cour, donc calme.
Points négatifs : le système de réservation géré par un prestataire autre que BOOKING a dysfonctionné à répétition. Mails contradictoires. du coup, un doute permanent jusqu'au moment ou on a récupéré les clés.

Séjour top dans un logement rénové, très confortable, hyper calme et bien équipé ; je recommande
Points positifs : Voyage en famille (6 personnes) - Propreté, équipement, calme, literie top - réactivité via l'échange chat et accès aux codes via la plateforme, même si il est surprenant de ne les avoir que qq heures avant la prise du logement. Parking à 50m payant mais ouvert 24/24- Métro à 2 min L'équipement est top pour cuisiner, il manquerait juste un microonde
Points négatifs : l'unique toilette n'est pas isolé de la salle de bain principale : à 6 il faut s'organiser mais on s'arrange. possibilité de check out plus tard sur demande et si applicable mais pas après 16H et supplément non négligeable

Points positifs : The apartment was clean with everything you need (kettle, oven, iron, washing machine). The beds are very comfortable and it was a very quiet environment so you can get a good night's sleep. There are shops, restaurants nearby, 3 min walk from Champs Elysees. Staff helpful and accommodating. Recommended!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. No Hassle Check in and & Out
Points positifs : This apartment was in a fantastic location to access the best of Paris, only a few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, Metro and RER stations. Self check in very handy and all was as advertised. We had a great stay.

Points positifs : Amazing and stylish apartment, with a washing machine a dishwasher, aircon, in a perfect location. two spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, a very chic looking and new apartment. A lift also available convenient for luggage.

Location is perfect and convinience
Points positifs : Location is very convinience and the apartment area is quite quiet too at Champs Elysees! Bed is very comfort and the room is very clean. Facilities and amenities are very good prepared for the guest.
Points négatifs : For a big apartment, one shower room is too less. Sofa bed is quite old. I have never ask by any host or hotel to throw our rubbish from the apartment by ourselves.

Good option for 4-6 people
Points positifs : The location is great, walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and very easy to get to the metro. The apartment is secure and neighborhood is safe at night. There is a big supermarket and good restaurants nearby, very convenient.
Points négatifs : Not much :) The apartment was very clean, all amenities included as stated. The room is just a bit tight for six people, my only suggestion might be to put some wall/door hangers in the rooms and the bathroom.
