Great flat - good location- beware of Metro sounds start at 5am.!
Points positifs : Great location. Read previous reviews so the toilet location although strange I was aware of. For us the metro sounds did affect our sleeping so sadly despite all the positives wouldn’t stay again. Was offered a late check out but when I replied saying Yes within 30 minutes -it was withdrawn- was a bit annoying- maybe it was just a generic offer but non the less irked me. The office reply just said ‘noted’ & to count by the office tomorrow- which didn’t make sense- anyway we left our cases there and went for breakfast but please don’t offer and then backtrack- or change your generic messages 👍.

Cosy place in the middle of bustling street with all amenities
Points positifs : Nice, clean and well appointed. Beds super comfortable. Great location with bars, Restaurants, shopping and metro stations close by. Metro line Chatelet Halles and Sentier very close. Despite its central location, there wasn’t any noise from the bars etc.
Points négatifs : You can hear the metro at night in bed but didn’t disturb us too much. The WC is an odd place (next to the kitchen!) and small. The other bathrooms (no Wc) are great.

Points positifs : Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen. Mitten im Zentrum von Paris und 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Louvre. Auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen.
Points négatifs : Gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass die Metro genau unter der Wohnung durchfährt. Aber man gewöhnt sich dran.

Almost perfect apart from a few small things
Points positifs : The apartment was pristine condition with new appliances and extremely clean. Multiple bathrooms to get ready, which is great for family. The location is superb; walking distance to many stores, restaurants and main metro hub (access to so many lines). Checkin was a breeze and it was so nice to have the option for an earlier checkin. There is a decent amount of space for everyone with good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. Location was also very quiet during the day and at night. We always felt very safe. Many, many good options nearby including cafes, restaurants, groceries, bakeries, etc.
Points négatifs : There were no hand towels for the bathroom or for the kitchen. There was also nowhere to dry the dishes so it was a pain. We had no hand soap or dish soap when we arrived and were advised to come by the office to pick some up. We ended up just buying some because we didn’t want to spend half an hour walking back and forth. These are very basic items and should be available at the start.

Отличное место которое я смело могу рекомендовать если вам не важен вид из окна
Points positifs : Чистые аппартаменты с свежим , современным ремонтом . Прекрасная коммуникация с владельцем через сообщения. Великолепная локация с множеством кафе и пешеходных улиц, в 10 минутах ходьбы до всех основных достопримечательностей в центре Парижа.
Points négatifs : очень маленький туалет. Апартамент находится на нулевом этаже с видом во внутренний двор , если убрать шторы, то все прохожие будут вас видеть. Слышно как ходят поезда в метро, но , правда это никак не мешает .

Beautiful apartment in superb neighborhood!
Points positifs : Incredible location - clean, safe, and exciting area. The street itself is more quiet but tons of restaurants and cafes down the road. Facilities in the apartment were great, especially air conditioning during the summer.
Points négatifs : Only one toilet that was a bit small. But this was expected when renting in central Paris.
