Points positifs : Appartement très bien placé. Tout était propre. Accéder facile. Bien situé. Petit bémol sur le confort du canapé lit.

Points positifs : I stayed in this apartment for some time, and I have to say, the location is absolutely fantastic. It’s close to everything you might need—shops, public transport, and great spots for walking. Despite being so conveniently located, the area is surprisingly quiet, which makes it perfect for relaxing or focusing on work. The peaceful atmosphere was a real highlight for me, and it felt like a calm retreat in the middle of the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-located yet tranquil space to stay.

Points négatifs : While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were a few issues that I feel could be improved. The electronic lock was a bit problematic—it jammed a few times, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some basic essentials were missing, such as dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and an extra supply of toilet paper. These small details would have made the experience smoother and more comfortable.

Points positifs : Lokalizacja super, wygodne łóżko w sypialni i nowoczesna łazienka. Do wychodzenia rano i wracania wieczorem polecam. Szybki kontakt przez Whatsapp

Points négatifs : Niestety podczas pobytu trwał remont elewacji i Panowie o 8 rano wiercili już koło naszych okien które były pozasłaniane i nie było światła dziennego przez to.

Barrio seguro, departamento cómodo

Points positifs : Nos recibió la señora del aseo, así que todo estaba impecable. La cama principal y el sofá cama bastante cómodos. Baño funcional y amplio. Hubo un problema de electricidad que fue resuelto rápidamente por el anfitrión. Para nosotros fue perfecto, tomando en cuenta que solo llegábamos a dormir.

Points négatifs : El departamento está ubicado en un segundo piso, la escalera es un poco terrorífica , pero aún así no afectó en nada nuestra estadía.

Excelente localização e estrutura interna

Points positifs : A localização e o próprio apartamento, moderno e novo.

Points négatifs : O acesso precário ao apartamento. É feito por escada, de apenas um lance, mas que está sem manutenção e limpeza há muito tempo.

Points positifs : Stellar location. Quiet. Host was responsive and flexible. Good price especially considering the location

Points négatifs : The flat isn't large and probably better suited to 2 people. Can get hot inside even with the fan
