Comfortable stay

Points positifs : The room has everything we needed including washing machine which was handy apart from kitchen, comfortable bed, renovated new bathroom and balcony set up for excellent Eiffel Tower’s view. Very conveniently located to shops, restaurants and Tower in walking distance. The staff was very responsive and attentive.

Points négatifs : 2 unusual things to note. 1. Check in time was 5pm, early check in request (just to drop off bags) was declined but was offered 2 hours early check in for 30€ extra or was asked to use any chargeable baggage service. All other countries we visited in EU allowed early check in even at 10am without any dramas. This initially disgruntled us but the stay was pleasant afterwards. 2. They also asked us to empty bins on check out which no other country’s EU hotels asked. For 1 above they kept using cleaning as the reason, then ask you to clean a bit too this way.

Points positifs : The location is great! 8 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. The view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower is especially beautiful in the evening when it shines. Very nice area, shops and cafes, a nice building in which the apartment is located. Convenient contactless check-in with a code. Very nice and polite manager, always in touch. The apartment is clean, there is everything you need. Washing machine and washing capsules, kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tea, coffee, super comfortable bed, soft blanket and very nice and good quality pillows, the sleep was sweet! We will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Points positifs : We stayed with a toddler. The location was amazing. You can reach important locations on foot. Also, if you want subway line very close. The Eiffel view is absolutely stunning. It was easy to collect keys and find the apartment.

Points négatifs : Some frozen meals were remaining in the fridge. The parking garage was expensive.

Points positifs : ㅇ 위치 : 매우 좋음 - 6호선 지하철이 바로 앞이고 에펠 도보 이동 가능하다는 것이 가장 큰 장점. 동네 자체도 평화롭고 주변 빵집도 많음. 테라스에서 에펠탑 매우 잘보임. ㅇ 청결 : 보통 - 파리의 오래된 아파트 특성한 꿉꿉한 것은 어쩔 수 없는 듯. 그래도 나름 깔끔하게 관리하시는 듯. ㅇ 편의시설 : 좋음 - 엘리베이터 있고 주방 식기류 다 있음. 소스류들도 다 구비 되어 있지만 오래된 것 같긴 함. 샴푸, 핸드워시, 바디워시, 헤어드라이어 있음. 숙박일수랑 수건 갯수는 비례하지 않는듯. 슬리퍼는 별도로 없음. 분리수거장은 1층에 있어서 이용함. ㅇ 소통 : 매우 좋음 - 호스트와 소통이 매우 잘되는 편. 비대면 체크인, 체크아웃도 편리함. ㅇ 총평 : 갓성비 숙소 - 이 가격에 에펠탑 뷰 숙소를 누릴 수 있어서 매우 만족함.

Outstanding in every way! The view of the Eiffel Tower and the location were amazing

Points positifs : Everything was PERFECT. The location and view of the Eiffel Tower were amazing. The apartment/flat was spotless, the bed was great, the decor and balcony were also wonderful. The building was safe and every person I met in the lift were friendly. I travel around the world and I love the intimacy and privacy of staying at homes, instead of (even expensive) hotels.
